Vip Events Management – Wedding & Event Planning

I hired Lauren w/​VIP as a «Day-​Of Coordinator» for my wedding in August of this year.
She was willing to provide a consultation to explain what she could do for me, and describe the different packages she has (one package was top-​to-​bottom wedding planning – I wish I would’ve had her in the beginning!). I planned most of my wedding with the help of my fiancé’s mother, but as the time grew closer, I just knew that chaos would reign unless I had someone else to assist me on that day. I didn’t feel it was fair to my family and friends to expect them to coordinate details on the day of my wedding – after all, I want them to be able to relax & enjoy the day! Once I hired Lauren, she got right to work. We completed a wedding timeline together, she contacted my vendors, and she sorted out details that I wouldn’t have even thought of. Before the wedding, my fiancé didn’t fully understand why I needed to hire ANOTHER person to help with stuff (wedding planners/​coordinators aren’t cheap). Didn’t we already have his mother and a bunch of vendors? After the wedding, he said, «Boy, am I glad we hired Lauren. I hate to think what would’ve happened if we hadn’t.» Me too, baby, me too! – trust me when I say: peace of mind is worth every dime.
