One of my managers booked this hotel for me. A coworker of mine who stayed here two weeks before i did wished me luck and told me he wanted to commit suicide after his stay. From the outside the place didn’t look too bad. After I walked into by the front desk some guy was complaining of how his things got stollen. The lady at the front desk looked like she was on drugs. After entering my room it smelled like cigarettes and the beds were hard as a rock. Towels dirty and curtains with holes. People blasting music all night and smoking outside. A lot of sketchy people here. Now I see my coworker wasn’t joking when he said he wanted to commit suicide after his stay, you will feel the same way. Place also doesn’t have wifi. AVOID this place!

My fiancé and I have been staying in hotels a lot because of my fiancé’s job has us traveling. The reason we stay at value place is because they have a kitchen and the price is good. But lately I noticed that they charge you extra for everything. And they have housekeeping only once every two weeks, they charge you more if you want your room cleaned before your two weeks. They sure do take advantage of the people that rely on Hotels. They charge you 10.00 for a laundry card and you have to put money on it to use the washer and dryers. We do not want to stay in another value place if we can help it. I’m surprised that They do not charge us extra for the towels and the bedding. The room was clean. They do not have King size beds either.

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. I travel with a service dog… And was very hatefully evicted cause of their no pet policy… The staff is rude and needs better training on how to deal with people and service animals

I would really not recommend staying here. Sure, you get the cheapest rate, but you are getting what you pay for. Well. maybe not even that. The mattresses are thin, and the springs poke at you. The mattress is set not really on a frame, or a box spring, it’s placed on essentially a plywood board raised off the ground. The sheets are course and so thin they barely seem useable. There is no mattress cover or anything like that either, the thin fitted sheet is right over the mattress(which, along with the board underneath, look like they’ve never been cleaned). If you go to the bathroom, the shower curtain literally has holes in it. Please bring your own towel because the ones here are yellowed and so course it’s as bad as drying yourself with sandpaper. They have a neat feature where they leave scratch marks on you! Don’t get that at a fancy hotel! You think to yourself«Hey! At least they have TV and high speed wifi!» But silly you! That’s stuff from this century! The TV is little larger than my MacBook Pro screen, in a nice old school 4:3 ratio. Basically an old as hell tiny tube style TV. You have maybe 15 – 20 channels and the remote barely works. The remote is so gross and worn you can’t even read the words on the buttons. And that high speed wifi, that you paid 10 $ extra for when you booked online? Doesn’t really exist. When signing in at the«front desk» the lady just drops an ethernet cord in front of you. That’s if they even had any(which for several lucky people checking in after me were told they were out and asked if they ‘Still wanted it’) BUT! Lets stay on the bright side! Let’s assume you have a computer that actually still has ethernet.(That means no MacBook Pros or MacBook Airs, no Tablets or phones) and you plug that in to your laptop, you’ll get the slowest internet since dialup. Might as well be dialup. Don’t think of trying to watch any type of video online. The building itself has«Security» like lots of cameras, but that somehow makes me feel worse. The whole building smells of smoke, There are constantly people smoking weed and drinking in the parking lot, the front desk isn’t open after like 5 so you have to call the local manager who lives there to come help. Many of the staff were utterly unfriendly and seemed bewildered to help you. When in the elevator(Which seems like the Disney ride that is about to plummet to the ground at any moment) with some staff, I said«Hello! How’s your day been!» to hear no reply. Awkward! Then as I depart the elevator I give them a courtly«Have a good night!» to be met with nothing but silence. That is until I round the corner and they start loudly complaining about tenants. I’m not trying to be tough on the place, simply realistic. After a 2 week stay in between my old apartment and my new apartment, I really can’t see a reason to go back. I feel the extra few bucks spent at a nicer hotel/motel is worth it. Especially considering the fact I wouldn’t have to pay for the antibiotics to scourge my system of all the diseases I no doubt have contracted.(I really did not get any diseases,(that I know of) but c’mon. You probably easily could get some at a place like this).

Ive been here 5 days now and its not getting any better. This place is pay by the week, so its cheap as hell. Thats the only good thing about it. I have asthma and requested a non smoking room so of course i got a smoking room. The place reaks of cigarettes, the area is shady as hell, and the bed sucks; its a full and its harder then a rock. Did i mention it stinks?! I wish i had more cash to stay at the mariott downtown like Im used to but my husband just got a job here so we relocated and this is what we have until we find a place to live. Did i mention it stinks?! Get the point yet? Literally reaks. all his suits reak and we just got them cleaned! Management sucks. There are cracks whores and druggies living here and Im terrified. Thank goodness were out of here on Sat since i found an apt. Never again. I refuse to leave this room without my husband. The people are nice, dont get me wrong, but the crack whores dont help me feel at home
