Came in for lunch on a weekday and was greeted by really nice friendly people including the owner. They did a great job rehabbing the space and giving it some character. The pulled pork sandwich was fantastic and the pretzel rolls were really good. I will definitely go back. They had a nice mix of imported German and local draft beers too. Nice diverse menu. I hope they do well.

The food is absolutely amazing! But you really need to come in for the weekend breakfast. The breakfast skillet comes out in a full size skillet. You get a lot of food for the money and the quality makes it worth every penny. The Beer Cheese soup and Goulash is very hearty. A cup is the size of a bowl so be careful which one you order because you may get full on soup. Desserts are amazing and the pretzel is huge! Fried pickles are good too. Be careful which mustard you eat because one will clean your sinuses out in a heartbeat.

Had an absolutely amazing lunch. I had the bratwurst on the pretzel bun and my colleague had the corned beef and cabbage. Both were amazing. I will be back in soon. Well done!

Off to a great start. Comfy old world pub style but with better food than your typical pub. Definitely try the Spaetzle as a side dish and the jägermeister wings for appetizer. Homemade cheesecake is lighter and fluffier than usual American cheesecake. Our server seemed to still be in training and made some errors on our order, and didn’t ask my husband how he wanted his Matterhorn burger cooked. Great atmosphere. Nice addition to German village dining options

First to review, yes! Ok so came in for dinner on a Friday night. It was fairly busy but the service was fast and very friendly. We started with 2 liters of draft beer. They have a varied draft list so something for everyone… even PBR. You must try the sauerkraut balls! They were really great(and this is coming from someone who doesn’t like sauerkraut). Then we split the portobello sandwich. It came on a pretzel bun with a fig and balsamic glaze that was really unique and delicious. Ended the meal with mini cream puffs ribboned with chocolate and dusted in powdered sugar… how could that not be good! This is a great addition to the village. I can see myself back often. Thanks Valter!
