No good. Rude, terrible customer service. Period. Crappy attitudes. Went into have wires looked at to fix a short it had been causing in our van. Attendants acted as if we as the customers were a «pain in their ass». The wanted to try and charge over $ 100 to fix UHAULS work.(done in a different state before we owned it). So asked if they could just remove wiring harness to fix short, and apparently in his haste to hurry up and do nothing, Something was not done right because now do not work at all. Thanks alot UHAUL YOU SUCK! Did you even hook the lights back up? This is the kind of experience that makes people not trust mechanics or any auto technician of any kind. Thanks. My personal suggestion for future customers is get your packing/​moving needs and leave, or better yet find another location. Good luck…

Bad experience with both this location and u-​haul as a company. Bad customer service via phone. At time of pick up the person was very slow and incompetent, taking nearly a half hour to pick up a trailer. At drop off I waited 20 minutes, for nearly an hour total wasted time. Lights were falling off of the trailer, I had to put one back on myself. Then to top it off, I look at my credit card the next day and they charged me a extra dollar because they started the time from the time I walked in the door to pick it up, to the time I stood in line and waited for someone to go out and look at the trailer, which caused it to be 3 minutes «late». One dollar? Especially when the extra time was really on them? Neither this location nor the company will ever see another penny from me.

The process for establishing the amount of fuel in the truck at the beginning and end of a rental is a pure scam at this location. Very disappointed. This management team is choosing to use the terms of the contract to justify their outright theft of money from loyal UHAUL customers.
