POSITIVE:
— Friendly and courteous customer service
— Timely check in and check out of the vehicle I rented
— New vehicles (Van I rented had 350 miles)
— Convenient hours of operation
NEGATIVE:
— Check your vehicles mileage before leaving! (mileage that was printed on my form did not match that in the vehicle, which would have resulted in me being over charged
— Vehicle ODOR !!!
Overall, this was a great place to rent a van on very short notice and for a 24 hour period. The primary reason I gave it TWO stars was because of the intolerable CIGARETTE SMOKE odor present throughout the inside of the van I was issued. The odor was so strong that I in fact had to drive with the windows down for the duration of my rental! Furthermore, the expensive duvet covers I was transporting absorbed the smoke odor and must now be dry cleaned.
Unfortunately, I will NOT be returning to this location for my future UHAUL rental needs. When I am transporting my personal belongings, it is a DEAL-​BREAKER for them to smell like CIGARETTE smoke after only an hour in the vehicle.
