This restaurant just opened on March 1st. It’s run by an older couple, both Italian. The wife’s name is Carol, and the husband’s name is Joe. The restaurant is not new but it looks like it. The booths and the tables are immaculate. For dinner, I started with the vegetable soup. It was clearly homemade with carrots and peas and tomato. It was great. For my main course I had a dish that the owner is very proud of and you can tell by talking to him. It small pieces of lamb served over orzo which has been cooked in a broth of butter and some vegetables. A good dish. But I think that when I go back I’ll try one of the pasta dishes.
