I would save your time. We pulled in w/no one in line or I. Drive thru. Had to wait to be helped and both employees were mad the other didn’t want to take our order. Staff is clearly unmotivated. I got an iced coffee, he forgot the sweet and low and did nothing to mix up the coffee. I took a drink and realized it was wrong. I went back inside and there was only 1 person ordering and 3 employees. I made the mistake of thinking because I returned they may realize they made a mistake and want to help… wrong answer ! Waited 4 minutes, got 1 dirty look from the lazy kid and that was it. I shook my head and reached behind the counter myself to grab the sweet and low.(The should really have the condiments out for the customers if they are going to have incompetent employees). Terrible experience, terrible product and even worse service.

Seriously I don’t know why the haters are hating on this Tim hortons but this is probably my 2nd most frequented Tim hortons and I feel like I always get fast excellent service. I had one bad experience involving a receipt when this location first opened but smooth sailing ever since! Plus this is super convenient to I70.

When I first wrote my five-star review for this Tim Horton’s, it was out of excitement for getting my favorite Canadian chain just down my street! Well, the honeymoon is over. I’ve been visiting the Bexley Timmy’s about 2x a month since it opened over 1.5 years ago. You expect a new business — especially fast food — to have bumps along the way but to eventually get better. Not this place. It’s the most poorly-run fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Here’s what I’m talking about: –They are incredibly slow. You have to repeat each order at least 3x. –Despite having to repeat your order, they never get it right. EVER. Not an exaggeration. –They are always out of things. And not like, little things — big things like donuts, or biscuits. –This is the tiniest Timmy’s I’ve ever seen. I cannot believe they actually built a store this small on purpose! The employees literally don’t have enough room to turn around. They are always bumping into each other and trying to work around each other. I’m sure this contributes to how slow they are. I do have to give the Bexley Tim Horton’s one positive — the people are extremely sweet. It’s like they want to do a great job but don’t know how. I’m not quite sure how you create such an awful fast food restaurant, but this place has managed to win that prize. It’s like they just need to bulldoze it down and start over again.

Meh… I’ve been waiting to try this and well it was like an under stocked dunkin doughnuts. I’m not saying it was bad just that the hype is not warranted. I’ll wait till Canada to try it again.

I love my Tim Horton’s, but this location just doesn’t compare. First of all, it’s an older store so it’s much smaller(really meant for just take-out or drive-thru). Other locations have large seating areas, TVs, comfortable couches, etc. This location had a few rock-hard chairs and tables in a tiny room. The donuts were also pretty stale in the afternoon(probably from lack of customers to turn over the inventory).

I wanted to write a review for the new Tim Hortons on Livingston Ave near German Village, but there was no option for that store. I do believe both locations are owned and managed by the same people. I recently stopped in the Livingston and Parsons Ave location and my girlfriend ordered the same thing she always does and the drive thru person didn’t give us a total when we ordered and went got to the window she said the total was more than it usually is. Unfortunately, we only brought $ 2 with us and the young girl said it was more this time without and explanation and gave us a serious attitude. After that she struggled on the phone with a personal call, while trying to pipe whip cream on the coffee ordered and after several attempts of trying to pipe the whip cream with one hand because she was on a personal phone call, I asked her to please put the phone down for a second to finish her job. She then glared at us and rolled her eyes and again gave us a serious attitude. Once we realized we didn’t have the extra $.30 we asked for our money back and the drive thru girl rolled her eyes and threw or money at us, which got caught in the wind and blew onto Livingston Ave. on a night where there was 6 inches of snow. I was furious and asked the attendant to come out and pick up or money that blew away and she JUSTLAUGHEDATUS and locked the drive thru window and ignored us. I asked to speak to a manager and she said«I am the manager» and continued laughing at us. I got out of the car to retrieve the money and slipped on ice in the parking lot and injured my wrist, which is still swollen. I called the Tim Hortons location the next day and spoke with Shaquita(store mgr) and was assured I would receive at least a phone call from Ralph and possibly a phone call from the owner of the franchise, Robert Lee. After 5 days of no phone calls back to apologize or at least get our $ 2 back, I have decided to post my experience on EVERY social media website known to man, contact corporate and possibly local new stations. This is sad, because I have a Hospitality Management minor and have ran restaurants for more than 6 years in the early 90’s and have never seen anybody treat a customer with such disrespect and keep their job. I would normally believe in further training for employees rather than firing them, but this employees action is certainly a terminable offense and should stay out of the Hospitality/Customer service industry. I WILLNEVERGOTOTIMHORTONSAGAIN!

the worst experience I have ever had at a tim hortons was this morning… lets start with the fact they where out of literally almost all donuts no tim bits besides the plain ones… really ok I let that go so Ill have a buckeye doughnut well guess what they dont have. chocolate cream filled simple no guess but that was sold out too… we settled on vanilla cream as that was the only thing they had which was anywhere near a chocolate cream filled… my girlfriend ordered a flat bread sandwich which when we got home was sausage biscuit… further more they charged me for a chocolate cream filled doughnut which they where sold out of… Ill never go back to this location and would personally recommend the manager as well as all the staff be fired who where working at 10 am today… I went back to get my money back for the extra doughnut and got a pocket full of nickles and dime… the only thing the girl at the register was concerned with was getting her smoke break.
