The Vitamin Shoppe

Prices are more than double what is widely available online. This is across the board. I checked multiple products and multiple online sites – not special sales or clearances. In every case the Vitamin Shoppe was ALMOST DOUBLE.
I compared Amazon, Swanson, Vitacost and all these websites had the same brands, same amounts, same products for half the price and you can be sure they are making a profit at that rate. I understand local businesses have to make a profit, but this is an absolutely unreasonable markup.
The Vitamin Shoppe is a convenience store for vitamins. Would you buy your groceries from a Circle K? Then you shouldn’t buy your vitamins at The Vitamin Shoppe. I will never visit this store again.

Customer service was horrible. I asked a manager named Pattick if they carried a certain supplement and looked at me ass if I was an asshole. Never coming here again

The staff is quite helpful, they’re not overly pushy on any particular product. The prices are comparable, and their selection has a wide variety of everything you’d want.
