Arrived at 745am on a Tuesday morning to no cars in the parking lot… which usually wouldn’t be a good sign for a breakfast spot. Greeted and seated immediately. VERY friendly staff. Picked up a good cup of coffee and they left a carafe at the table, which is huge in my book. Atmosphere is kind of modern country. If that’s a thing. cool nonetheless. Booth and table seating. Btw… by 815, business had picked up a ton with probably 15 – 20 people in. Food– I ordered the Wisconsin scramble, no onions with cheese grits. Came with chives on top of the eggs, which I still consider onions, but not a huge deal. Did I mention the wait staff was incredible? Fantastic. Back to the food… grits were good. Eggs… not overly impressed. but good. I guess I expected more. I love breakfast and it takes quite the spin on the typical for it to rise above in my book but it was a good breakfast. Waitress offered a coffee to go before you even asked. Again. The service took this place up a notch. I will definitely return if my travels bring me back to Columbus.

The food is really really good… When the server gets your order correct. We have been multiple times and they always seem to mess something up. They’re usually eager to fix the problem but it has still happened several times. The worst time was when a server argued with me and told me there were ham chunks on my food when it was chicken. I asked her to take a closer look so she did. When she realized she was wrong she just said«oh» and snatched the plate out from under me.

If you’re in the mood for some good breakfast food, this is your place. Forget IHOP or any other breakfast place, everything here taste like it came from your grandmothers kitchen. The difficult part if figuring out what to choose from. I haven’t eaten at Plucked Up and I’d like to compare the two after I do.

This place is a hidden jewel in Columbus! One of the best tasting brunch items I have had in my brunch career! Reasonable prices makes this a double plus experience. Go here. You will not disappointed.

Loved the coffee. Decent side of town. Plenty of tables, and even a few outside on patio. The food was just alright. I had the chicken-apple-sausage scrabble. I found it to be a bit greasy. It looks like a chain but from what I understand, there are just a few of them. This restaurant is nothing to write home about but it’s not bad either. Staff are friendly and food comes out quick.

My friend and I are visiting. It is our first time in Columbus. This place had great reviews so we decided to check it out. The restaurant is nice and the servers are really nice! Our food was delicious! I had the Athena Omelette. They have a nice coffee selection. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because of the hostess. She was rude and seemed like she did not want to be there. When we walked up to pay our tab she was busy doing something else. She looked up at us and kept doing what she was doing. She didn’t say«I will be with you in just a moment». We waited for about 5 minutes in complete silence. Other than that is was a great experience I really recommend it

Delicious breakfast and I love how they redid their whole interior design. It’s more of a country/farm chic inspired by HGTV but it looks awesome! Service is always super friendly, doesn’t bother you too often like other big breakfast chains do(I’m not naming any here… *cough*) I had the whole wear pancakes with berries and lemon custard on top the last time I ate there and it was so good! The time before I had a spinach mushroom omelette — delicious! If it’s your first time there let them know and you receive a giftcard for your next visit. Definitely recommend this place!

An excellent breakfast! I had the French toast breakfast. My eggs & bacon were cooked perfectly & the French toast was wonderful. The only reason that I didn’t give this restaurant 5 stars was that my hot chocolate was WAY too sweet with barely any chocolate taste & the carpet smelled like it needed a good cleaning. All in all this was a great breakfast!

Hate to say it but I have only been here once, do not know what took us so long! A little bit of a wait to get us seated where the flow of service was consistent from ordering, drinks, main meal, followed by the waddle out the door. Left more than full, if there is such a thing, with an overall two thumbs up, a redo. Ran into some familiar faces which made the experience that much better! Ready to try the next item on the menu! Will force myself not to be limited to the flavor of the dish already eaten, it was that good, but will venture out each time with something new. Can’t wait for the next pass.

For what it’s worth the food is usually good although the service is always slow. I had to remind the waitress for my drink, they didn’t put half of the ingredients i ordered on my omelette, and my wife’s eggs were raw. Pretty bummed; was hoping for a good breakfast while the kids are in school. **update**- I was just reading through other reviews since egg and Just sent me a message. Another person wrote about how they told the front and they said, «that’s too bad.» We’ll, I got about the same response. My wife had asked me not to make an issue of it since I was irritated that our waitress only came by for the initial order, to bring the food(that was wrong) and to bring the check. I literally would jab had to go follow her around to tell her that there was no avocado or cheese on my omelet. So I just ate it. Of course I was charged for Avocado on my receipt. Only a dollar but it’s the principle. When I went to pay the lady said, «so how was everything?» I said, «it’s usually pretty good but today was a bad experience.» Her reply was, «I’m sorry, too bad.(using the concerned voice) That will be $ 23.83.» Although it killed me to leave a tip, I couldn’t bring myself to stiff the waitress. Even though she didn’t deserve a penny. Nothing is more aggravating than bad service. I will pay steep prices for mediocre food if the service is good. * update– it’s been 25 days since I ate here and the day I left the review, the headquarters called and said a bunch of apologies and offered a gift card. I totally didn’t want one and still don’t but I didn’t tell them that. They never sent it. Go figure.

Yummy breakfast and an awesome menu. I went with a group. We had a wait(about 20 mins, not bad) and everyone absolutely LOVED their meals. I got the berry yogurt pancakes and they were to die for. I highly recommend!

The food here used to be great, but it’s rarely ever very good anymore. The biscuits and gravy were super watery the last time I went, and this time the eggs Benedict were overcooked(bread was hard and slightly burnt, and the poached eggs were fully cooked– not the runny delicious yoke that a well poached egg should have). So disappointing. The only reason why they get 3 stars is because the staff is always friendly & the restaurant is clean. The service is pretty slow though.

Cute breakfast place. I’m not sure why it’s not higher in the Unilocal ratings. The banana bread French toast is outstanding. Bacon was a little over done for my tastes and coffee service was a little slow. Overall, a terrific restaurant and worth making the effort to stop. Bonus points for the public safety/military discount.

The place is amazing! Its a great mix of ihops flavorful pancake options and cracker barrels hometown cooking. I would come here every morning if i could. We had the seasonal pumpkin pecan pancakes. Heaven opened its door to me that morning! a few friends had skillets, eggs, bacon raisin cinnamon toast which came with apply cinnamon butter that was to die for! GO!

best breakfast place in Columbus! Great food, quick & friendly service, nice homey family style ambiance. I loved the waffle, 2 egg & breakfast meat combo, and at just under $ 10 a great deal. waffle was perfect, syrup came warmed, which is always a nuce touch. bacon was crispy, and eggs cooked to perfection-i got them scrambled, which too many places overcook, but these were moist & delicious. friend got the poached eggs, and when one was slightly overcooked, they immediately apologized and redid her order. we’re new to the area and happy to find this place. Well definitely be back!

Love this place! Being from out of town my husband and I were looking for a local spot to get breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised by this place! Located in a small strip mall they have great food and even better service! Food is moderately priced. It came out very fast and all the servers are very friendly. The manager was also great. He gave my husband and I a military discount without us even having to ask if they do military discounts! Very thoughtful. We ended up coming back here two more times during our 4 day trip. Would recommend to everyone!

Off the main road in a small strip center. Got seated fairly quick but got busy quick. Service was great, friendly and attentive. Food was great with big sized portions and reasonably priced. Four in my group, eight total at my table. I had the Biscuit, Eggs and Gravy($ 7.99). Biscuit was a good sized one with sausage gravy that had a tasty spice to it. Ranch potatoes were good as well. I also ordered the new Cinnamon Roll French toast. I ordered as a side not the meal, forgot see how much it was. Cinnamon Roll was a good sized one as well, cut in half, with cinnamon butter on top. Other party members ordered Biscuit, Eggs and Gravy, White Chicken Chili and Cordon Bleu Skillet. All advised their meal was good and filling.

OMG! This place is the best! Be warned it stays pretty busy but the food is worth the wait. The Belgian waffles are mouth watering good(excuse the drool…) the eggs Benedict are on point! I also always get the seasonal blend coffee and am never disappointed. The food is fabulous, décor is homey, and the staff is great. The owner is ALWAYS there and is happy to hear your raves or regrets and makes a point of fixing it if something is wrong. My favorite breakfast spot by far.

If you’re wanting a delicious southern breakfast, I would absolutely recommend this place. Service was great and staff was very friendly. Everything was absolutely delicious. I ordered biscuits and gravy, two scrambled eggs, and ranch potatoes. Their hot sauce was great and went surprisingly well with the scrambled eggs. Warning: the pancakes are HUGE — you definitely only need one.

This place is egg-cellent! From the food to the atmosphere to the service, I give everything an A+. First of all, our server Tersea was so friendly and joked around with us when my bf(who just finished ranger school) basically got 3 entrees for himself and yhen kept coming back to make sure we got everything we wanted. The food itself was on point, especially those blueberry pancakes. It tastes like they used cornmeal in them or something cuz they were light but a little flaky and entirely magical. Strawberry banana waffles were also fab(but heads up if your allergic to nuts cuz they top it with walnuts) and the Cambridge Skillet was really filling too. The Parisan Benedict was unique and come on — who doesn’t love anything on a buttery crossiant??? If you’re in the area, this is a must for breakfast/brunch!

Great place to start your day. I really enjoy the breakfast here; there are a number of unique choices and some old favorites. This is not your IHOP wanna be and not death by grill grease Waffle House. If you are on this end of town it’s the place to eat at least weekly. The service is good, friendly and has a country vibe. A must try for those traveling through the area.

Very attentive server. Went in on a Sunday for Brunch and was seated for 3 immediately. Tables are kinda tight but I’m kinda tall so it might be just me. Other than that nice ambiance. Server came out immediately and offered us the specials on drinks and gave us a few minutes to order. Ordered the Strawberry Lemonade and Key West Sunrise Cooler. Both very fresh and sweet. Menu is very detailed and has many delicious variations. Benedicts, Scrambles, Omelets, Egg Whites, Frittatas they have it all and in what seems like endless delicious combos. Don’t even get me started on their waffles, french toast and pancakes. As fluffy as a Krispy Kreme donut. I ordered the Greek Frittata. According to the menu its an open-faced omelette with ham, artichoke hearts, roasted tomatoes, asparagus and mushrooms. Topped with basil pesto and Havarti dill cheese. I topped it with added feta cheese because… well feta cheese is delicious. It was nothing short of amazing. LISTENTOME. YOU. THERE. READINGTHISREVIEW. ITWASAMMAAAAAAZING! Best plate of eggs I have EVER ate. Period. Ordered the Strawberry Bannana waffles since the Pecan Pumpkin Waffles were gone. They were exceptional also and although they had a lot of toppings they layered it so that it wouldn’t soak through the waffles. Waiter was beyond exceptional and made the meal 10X better. My favorite breakfast spot in Columbus.

It’s kind of like Columbus’ version of ihop, with a southern twist(naturally). Service was courteous and quick enough(i’m a fast paced new yorker struggling to slow things down sometimes). Food was deliciously unhealthy and southern and lovely and great and greasy and heavy and wonderful and tasty at the same time. We had the parisian eggs ben, the biscuits and gravy and tons of coffee. The meals came with ‘ranch’ homefries. They were fantastic. If im ever back in columbus, ill be back here.

The place was actually really good on my particular and only visit– I got to sit outside and had the greatest service. I cannot now recall her name but she had very pretty hazel eyes. \I recently discovered the Corned Beef Hash so I ordered there. I was in a hurry and it did take over 20 minutes for my food to arrive so I had to shove it down quick, but each shoveled mound tasted better than the next. I recommend it. about 4 – 5 outside tables and pet friendly. They keep two seats aside on the edge so you can split up your bad behaved child and give them time out, which a woman mentioned she was going to do to her snappy kid but she never followed thru(F for parenting)
