The Dogfather – Mobile Pet Grooming

Brandon (the dog groomer) was 1 and ½ hours late. He would not allow me to see the inside of his trailer where he was going to be grooming my 4 lb. dog. He came in after an hour of grooming and had cut a chunk out of the pad of my dogs foot (also in that whole hour, he had only cut the hair around her face-​which was hacked and completely uneven-​one side of her nose was longer than the other). I had to take my dog to the vet right away and it cost me initially $ 200 to fix her foot. She now has 3 stitches and I have had to go back 3 times to get her wound rechecked to make sure it is healing properly-​which has cost me an additional $ 50. I have called him 3x to try and resolve this matter. He will not call me back. NEVER use this service!!! Worst experience ever. I had to spend $ 250 at the vet and I still have to get my dog groomed somewhere else because he didn’t even come close to finishing the cut. But she can’t get groomd for at least 2 weeks because I have to keep her incision dry. I cannot believe he will not call me back-​at least to even check on how my dog is doing. If i could shout from the roof top to every1-​DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!
