Templeton Crossing Apartments

I have lived here for about two months. So far I love it. They neighborhood is quiet, buildings are decently maintained. And for the price worth the living conditions.
The apartments for the size are priced good. You get a patio or balcony depending on the floor you get. The rooms are good size. I would recommend this place to all friends! Maintenance is fast and friendly. Parking isn’t bad either. There are a couple parks in the area to take your kids to or just to go and sit for some quiet time. Traffic on Feder and Hilliard-​Rome Rd stinks but this area is popular and during rush hour its dense. Hands down this area is nice, and quiet. My only complaints are the railroad tracks, they are close so you hear trains but its not like you hear it all day! And the Electric company ALP charges for their kw usage is insanely high. (NOTE– ALP is the only electric company that can service this neighborhood, so you DO NOT have a choice!)
