I always like to stop in for their yummy buns and bubble tea. Friendly people and they are family run!

The customer service was good– the woman at the front(I think she is an owner) was very kind and attentive. The drinks, however, were horrible! I had an iced chai tea latte and my friend got an iced green tea with no sugar. Both of our drinks were VERY sugary. I could not even taste the chai in my tea, I’m not sure it was even there. It tasted similar to sugar water– not worth the $ 3+ I spent on it.

I love their Ginger Tea. For around 3 dollars, you get a good sized cup that’s not too sharp, as ginger can be, but rather more mellow. You’ll even notice your cup has small pieces of ginger at the bottom, but again, it’s never been too strong. Very good stuff.

Still one of my favorite places to come to. The husband and wife that owns this quaint little shop is the cutest couple. So humble and sweet. Reminds me of my parents. I just love them. They always remember who i am because the first time i came here my face was full of crazy make up for a Halloween party. They always mention it everytime i stop by. Such a friendly family oriented place. I always feel at home when i walk in. Even when it’s closing hour they still accommodate everyone that walks in. Food always reminds me of a delicious home cooked meal. And their cakes are so yummy. Fresh fruits are sliced just right and decorated perfectly on every cake. Fresh to order.

I just found this place using Unilocal and I’m glad I did. I took the my teen son and we shared the Bing Soo. The Bing Soo was tasty and was not like a heavy or overly sweet dessert due to the amount of delicious fresh fruit. This is a pleasant out of the way place to have a tea or dessert. It’s kind of hidden on the east side of micro center. Great friendly service as well.

I live nearby and go for the bubble tea. They make it in the iced/smoothie style mostly but will add the bubbles/pearls to their regular iced teas if asked.(I sometimes ask this depending on the day.) The best thing though is the couple that runs the place. They are just the sweetest! They have a variety of snacks and pastries(both savory and sweet), but I don’t love the Asian pastries with red bean, etc. I imagine if you do, this is a place to check out!

The female owner is incredibly nice & friendly. Not a huge selection of baked bread, but its still a good amount. I would skip out on the smoothie though. I got the strawberry and peach and it just tasted like strawberry milk. Smoothie wasn’t thick and more of a juice consistency. Not my style. Interior is cute. They have regular sit down tables on the left, then you’re traditional sit-on-the-floor tables on the right side of the café.

This Korean restaurant and bakery is the bomb! Stopped by around 7:15 pm on a week night. No other customers inside. So Young(should her name be one word?), the owner, came right out and greeted me. Very sweet lady! Great to chat with her. I already had dinner down the road, thus decided to make a detour here to satiate my sweet tooth. 100% score!!! After spotting a pic on their Unilocal page, I chose the Mango Bingsoo. One hundred degrees of awesomsauce! I love all the toppings on the shaved ice: subtle, sweet red bean paste; tons of liquid jelly pearls(I don’t know the correct term for these mango-juice-filled balls); fresh yellow mango chunks encompassing the bowl; a scoop of green tea(yes?) ice cream and sprinkles to top. This was an extremely cool, refreshing, treat I am completely pumped to head back and try So Young’s Bibimbop bowl!

This is a really sweet place, and I loooove the tables. It’s a fun place to chill in Columbus and I’m sad that there aren’t more places like this around. I’ve been here numerous times, and they have their hits and misses in terms of the food, but overall my impression is positive and I’d visit again and again. On point: — Pat bingsoo(shaved ice) — Popping boba Not so on point: — Regular boba(texture of bubbles is off, go to Cam in the same plaza instead)

The place is very cozy with ready nice service. Like the food and the bubble tea are very tasty, and the most importantly it is very affordable. Definitely come here again.

The restaurant is owned by a nice Korean family. They are always smiling and welcoming. I’ve heard their cake are very good, but I haven’t tried it. I mostly go there for the bingsoo(shaved ice), it’s so delicious, especially on a hot summer day. Go try it out! You will not be disappointed!

I love the shaved ice and the chill atmosphere. Love sitting in the Japanese style tables for hours chatting with friends enjoying bento boxes and bubble tea.

I stopped by today for a bubble tea. Ended up getting the Taro, and was so happy with it! It was so delicious. Wish they had jellies instead of the balls, but I will definitely return in the future.

Green tea boba is watery. I asked for a different drink and the manager was so rude and did not want to. My friends said the drink was bad and he continued to be rude and not want to switch my drink. I asked if he can add more matcha and he finally did but it was a process. Rude service. Fake drinks.

The bubble tea is super watery and didn’t have very much taste at all. You can tell that they use a cheap powder(and very little of it) in each bubble tea drink. I went with 8 people and everyone who had bubble tea was not impressed. I went up to complain about my drink and ask for something else instead but the man there yelled at me saying that I should have picked something that I knew I would like… It was extremely rude. I told him that I have never been here before and I thought the green tea boba would be good(who wouldn’t?, at a KOREANCAFE.) He continues to fight me on it and say that it was a popular drink but it was probably the worst boba I’ve had in my life. I won’t return.

With the closing of Pochi tea station and MOMO, this is now my go to bubble tea location in Columbus. Normally the place is empty(and super clean) with the couple who own it working the counter. They have never been anything other then amazingly polite and the bubble tea always tastes high quality. My personal favorite is the Thai tea. While they don’t have the vast selection Pochi had, they also don’t have the half hour plus waits you had to deal with as well.

I have a soft spot for this bakery. Nothing is better than tucking into patbingsoo on a hot day, and this is one of the few places to get it. This delicacy starts with a bed of shaved ice topped with fruit, sweet red bean(don’t be scared, it’s good), condensed milk, and a scoop of ice cream. A little different, a lot delicious. I love how accessible Korean fare is in Columbus, but I’m feeling greedy and want more of these spots on every corner.

I’m giving Tea Zone Bakery & Café 4 stars. Any place that offers Korean food, bubble tea and Asian pastries in a one-stop shop is a winner in my book. I also can’t help but to support the cute mom and pop who own the place. I stopped by for a taro bubble tea and some pastries. While it wasn’t the best bubble tea in the world, it certainly was drinkable and the tapioca was soft. I also got a red bean and hot dog bun, which tasted fresh and served as excellent snacks. Prices are reasonable. I believe a bubble tea costs $ 3.50 and pastries are about $ 1.25 each. I will need to come back to try their Korean food and their shaved ice(when it warms up).

Their Bulgogi is spectacular! Even though the place is small, it has a very friendly feel to it. The food presentation was better than some of the korean restaurants I went to. It tasted really good and the heated candle below the meat bowl adds an elegant touch to the whole thing. Will come back again!

This is a pretty nice little store. It’s not huge but it is large enough for folks to dine in, whether that be for dinner or dessert. It was hard for me to find so i’ll note that it’s located behind Gallo’s. I was mainly interested in the baked goods tonight. I picked up some bread and rolls and if I take it easy on them I might have one or two left for breakfast. ;)
