Tan Pro

I have never been to a tanning salon before, but Ashley made my experience doing so great from start to finish. When I called to ask questions she was able to answer all of them in detail, and then later when I went in, she helped me determine which level I should use and for how long to get my desired results. She was polite, helpful, and explained all of the additional services and things available there without being pushy.
There was no wait, and my booth was nice and clean. There’s an eight minute countdown timer before the lights turn on, and I used that time to cover myself in moisturizer. When the lights turned on, a fan did as well, so that it was pleasantly warm and not stifling. I spent eight minutes in a level two, and a few hours later there was a noticeable difference in the appearance of my tan lines, which is exactly what I wanted. One more visit and I think I’ll be all ready for my event this weekend!
I only planned for this to be a one time deal, but that warmth felt so nice on my skin, I might make this a weekly thing. I get the winter blues really bad, maybe this could help?
Anyway, I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and easy tanning experience.

Terrible! The girls are always rude and come to find out they charged my bank account randomly again for a month of tanning when I don’t even live in Ohio anymore!!! I live ten hours away! When I called corporate they refused to refund me! Thanks for charging me for a package I can’t even use! Real awesome!
