This place is now 0 for 3 with me. Slowest T Bell I have ever had the displeasure of attempting to purchase from. Twice I pulled away while waiting in the drive thru line for my order. Beware… it’s almost comedically slow.

I really enjoy this Taco Bell! It is usually clean and I’ve only had to wait a few times when I go there. The food is as to be expected. The fruitistas are AMAZING and the machine is always working as far as I’m aware. I was originally going to give them three stars, but then remembered they have a bike rack, so they get an extra star. There are too many fast food places in this area without bike racks and it is really frustrating when you are biking! In all honesty, I would probably give them five stars except that every time I have ordered their cinnamon twists they just taste old, like the oil in the fryer needs to be changed or something. They just don’t taste good. I’m guessing it’s the oil because a brother-in-law of mine works at a Taco Bell(in Alaska) and they had this problem until they changed the oil, he said. The service has been good each time I have gone and the tables have been cleaned! It’s a nice Taco Bell, over all! I enjoy it!

I went here late one night, like always. I was thrown off by the how their parking lot was set up and went in the wrong enterence for the drive-through…that was embarassing and dangerous. I had to turn around without getting hit before pulling around the corner to finally find the drive through window. I ordered 2 doritto tacos, a borrito, and a quesidilla and before I could order the drinks he told me to pull around. Jerk. Ok so I pulled up and got my stuff. he ended up charging me for 3 tacos but I didnt complain since theyre only $ 1 anyway and the husband was very hungry. The food was good, nothing wrong there. The 3 stars are manly for the way the lot & window are set up and because the guy messed up. I was very clear with my order, and he even read it back to me, but oh well, things happen. I was more upset that he was rude and didnt wait to figure out we were thirsty too. Why order dinner without drinks? Tacos are salty… surely he knew that since he worked there. Whatever. No 4 stars from me today… sorry.

This Taco Bell is the closest one to me, which is why I go here so often. Let me start with some advice. I highly recommend that to enter the Taco Bell parking lot, you turn right at the street which, when heading north, is immediately before the Arby’s. Then take the first opportunity to turn left. This puts you into the Arby’s parking lot, but if you veer to the right you will be able to get into the Taco Bell parking lot — turn immediately to your left once on Taco Bell property to actually get into the ordering lane. After you place your order, try to take the turn to the pick-up window slowly and carefully — they are about 10 feet short of the amount of space needed to let you get close to the window if you are at all sloppy. After you pick up your food, proceed with tremendous caution, because people who tried to go into the Taco Bell parking lot through its only dedicated driveway will(potentially) be two seconds from running you down. And that’s really why I can’t give this Taco Bell more than three stars. It’s a bit of a logistical nightmare. The service is decent — probably 80th percentile for all central Ohio Taco Bells. There are almost always clean tables and recently attended-to soda fountains inside; the syrup-to-carbonated-water balance is rarely off by much if anything. It looks like the place has been renovated in the last two or three years. They almost never goof up on my somewhat picky order. I would say that on those grounds, ignoring the logistical issues, this is one of my favorite Taco Bell locations(I am familiar with Taco Bell locations in six or seven states and have eaten at least fifteen or so in Ohio.) I just have to kind of gird my loins for battle before going here.
