T Bears Florist & Chocolatier

I downloaded the Unilocal app just to post about this place because I don’t want someone else to be ripped off. I am appalled at the flowers delivered today. My fiancé sent me a $ 75 bouquet but all I got was 8 irises and 4 pussy willows. everything about the order was bad. the irises were droopy and the base was little. I looked at comprable bouquets on their website and am dumbfounded. For $ 30 less I can get a huge beautiful bouquet. Not sure what happened here. There was nothing to fluff up the bouquet and it looked like We got the add ins and not the actual bouquet
We will avoid this florist in the future.

I ordered through ProFlowers who contracted to T Bears Florist. I ordered a premium arrangement and the one that was delivered was not what was pictured and was quickly thrown together for the same day delivery. ProFlowers call TBF back to see what could be done and they refused to correct the problem. TBF’s own website states they guarantee their work! I sent an e-​mail directly to the store to see if they would comment on their work and they haven’t replied. ProFlowers was extremely professional and empathetic and promptly returned my money. Sorry, but given this incident, I would not support this florist going forward.

Ducked in because it was cold out and it looked warm and inviting inside. The folks working there are VERY friendly, they appear to be a full-​service florist, they have some cute stuff in their gift shop, AND they make their own chocolate.
I dunno about the floral and gift stuff, but I’ll be back to visit with these nice folks and buy some more chocolate!

I would have given 0 stars but Unilocal wouldn’t let me… I’ve had 2 experiences with this florist in the last 2 months. During my first visit at this shop, I observed the owner degrading an employee /​cruelly critiquing their work performance in front of customers and other employees. This morning, I visited the shop — asked that a variety of fresh flowers or tulips be delivered in a vase to my boyfriend’s place of work. The individual I worked with was less than friendly, they seemed bored or annoyed that I was even there. This afternoon, my boyfriend sends a thank you text that includes a photo of the flowers he recieved: 9 tulips in a vase. The tulips are completely open and are literally drooping /​hanging over the sides of the vase, seriously looking as though the petals will drop off at any time. I was truly embarrassed that he received this at work and shocked by the lack of quality for the $money$ spent. I called the florist to express my concern and was told that the owner of the shop made the arrangement himself and that the tulips were droopy «because that’s how tulips grow.» I’ll definitely spend my money elsewhere in the future.

Kind of freaky. What appears to be an employee of this business, standing at the door with his phone camera filming the patrons of the Food Truck Festival, I saw him twice when I walked by in a 40 minute period. I guess it is a public place, but kind of creapy message to send to potential customers.

We were on our way to the hospital and needed flowers in a hurry. We called en route to downtown and described what we wanted and they had it ready in 15 minutes and were boxing it up as we walked though the door.

After a very disappointing bouquet from a different florist, T. Bears went out of their way to provide a beautiful bouquet for my Mother on her birthday. They even upgraded the size and included a balloon and chocolates! They arrived at my Mother’s work and she was beside herself. Everyone loved them!
Thank you, so much! Not only did you make her birthday, you made her feel ridiculously special. Just as it should be. :)

My mother ordered me a spa basket from here when I was taking the bar exam in the summer. The delivery person laughed nervously as he handed me my basket, and when I opened it I understood why. The entire thing was filled with about $ 20 worth of bath products I could have found at Target or CVS: St. Ives body wash, a few generic masks, a bottle of Olay lotion, several bars of Olay soap. None of the products described on the website actually arrived in the basket. My mom was too embarrassed to contact T. Bears directly, but it was certainly ridiculous that she spent probably close to $ 50 on a spa package that consisted of items you can get at the grocery store.

Got flowers from T. Bears back in the fall; they were beautiful, fragrant and lasted over 2 weeks before I finally parted with them. My boyfriend requested pink flowers, and I got a beautiful bouquet of pink roses, lilies, and… some other pink flowers, I’m not sure. He said they were reasonably priced, and they were delivered on time and even with a pink bow. I’m not an expert on florists, but if I found myself in need I’d definitely stop here!
