Sunday’s Ultimate Day Spa

Worst experience ever! My husband was about to come back from deployment so I wanted to fix some things on me. Went there for nails, eyebrow waxing, eyebrow tinting and eyelash tinting.
She waxed almost every hair of my eyebrows and couldn’t fix it of course. If that wasn’t enough, she got the tint in my eyes! At least 5 times! I was tearing up, my eyes were so so red.
The girl that made my nails kept sneezing and wiping off her buggers with her sweater. My gel nails broke two days after the visit.
I was looking forward to relax and get pretty before my husband comes back but that spa destroyed my feelings and my appearance!

I did a couples’ massage recently and it was a great experience. My masseuse told me upfront that she had a heavy hand– I’ve gotten deep tissue massages before so I wasn’t concerned by this… but she was NOT kidding. She was tough haha! My boyfriend and I should probably have switched masseuses.
The only oddities were that the website said we would receive comfy robes and slippers (as I have at other spas I’ve been to) and we didn’t, so that was slightly disappointing, as that’s a fun part of a spa day. Other day spas I’ve been to have saunas and pools and hot tubs for the use of guests, but this one didn’t have anywhere for patrons to hang out before or after, which I found odd. Still, the massages were great and I would recommend for a massage, but not exactly what I expected from a day spa.

Tania has magic hands! Best Swedish massage I have ever had! I bought a bundle of 6 massages and saved a little. They also have cute scarfs for sale — I’ve bought 2 already $ 15 each.

The massage I received was just bliss. The therapist made sure I was extremely comfortable and very aware of what to expect during the massage. I would highly recommend them for a relaxing massage.
The pedicure I received left a bit to be desired. First, it’s listed in their brochure as a 75 minute pedicure. I was in and out of the building in less than 75 minutes. So, that was disheartening. The massage portion of the pedicure just wasn’t up to par with what I am used to when I purchase a standard pedicure at my regular roadside nail salon. So, that was disappointing. The pedicure I received did include a sugar scrub and a mask, but I still don’t feel that the price matched the performance. The one thing that was superb about the pedicure is that it was the cleanest salon I’ve been too. They used fresh tools and a fresh callous remover. While that’s great, I feel that’s something any salon COULD do if they had the knowledge to do so. The pedicurist that serviced me was extremely polite, engaging, and welcoming. I definitely enjoyed my time with her.

I visited Sunday’s Spa on a gift certificate I received as a gift at work. I was impressed when I called to make the appointment. The front desk staff was friendly and explained each service I asked about in detail. From the moment I arrived everyone was professional and friendly. I received a facial and a massage. I would recommend and also go back.

Great place with great service! Ask for Candace who is exceptional at her work and very professional. My GF and I will visit here often.

I moved to Columbus recently and didn’t know where to go for spa services. I was really looking forward to going to Sunday’s Ultimate Day Spa b/​c I have heard they are great for massages and waxing. I booked a deep pore facial which is a one hour service and was really let down. Although I arrived before my appointment time, the esthetician Twiggy was late b/​c she was eating buffalo wings (announced it to the desk clerk in the lobby before I knew she was my esthetician). My appointment started late and finished early before the one hour mark. She left the room while doing my facial twice for 10+ minutes each time and just left me laying in the room. I have never had a facial where the esthetician leaves the room multiple times for long periods of time.
When checking out the desk clerk asked me how my service was and I told her the concerns I had and she just said, «Your total is $ 80.» Seemed pointless for her to ask if she didn’t care. When I got into my car to leave Twiggy was in the parking lot leaving too, maybe my facial was cut short b/​c she had somewhere to go, unacceptable.
I will never get a facial done at Sunday’s again and definitely don’t recommend a facial that lasts 30 minutes but you get charged for a one hour service.
