Excellent first experience at Stile — especially with Alissa. I was gifted a certificate from my (nearby) employer and decided to use it with a healthy does of trepidation as I’d be taking a risk on a new stylist. Alissa greeted me with authentic high energy which remained consistent throughout. Her stylistic flare communicated an unspoken willingness to get creative and she did just that, listening intently to my vision and executed quite brilliantly. The very next morning while in line at Starbucks I received a compliment on my hair. Great job Stile staff for your attentiveness, professionalism and artistic skill — especially you Alissa!

My last stylist had moved and I had waited far too long to get a haircut. Seriously, things were starting to get desperate. I wandered Unilocal,found some excellent recommendations, and then opted for a salon close to home.
I called on a Tuesday afternoon and had no problem getting an appointment a few days later. They paired me up with Heather. She sat me down, played with my hair a bit and asked what I was looking to do. I told her what I was looking for but that I was open to suggestions. And, suggest she did. :) She took what I wanted, gave it a new spin and now I have a style that looks just as good when I fuss over it for work as it does when I don’t bother with it on the weekend.
I was very pleased with the service both Heather and the front desk staff gave me. I will be back.

This place is great for a haircut, I usually get a haircut from Brittany and she is very good. I recently decided to get a facial from this place and my skin could not handle their products. I had a swollen and itchy face for the weekend and I ended up going to the dermatologist. It was nice of them to have given me a gift card, they seemed a little hesitant at first because they said its normal to react this way after a facial. I’ve been getting facials for a pretty long time and I never had this issue. Also sometimes their customer service can be a little rude and snobbish but there are definitely some nice people working here, including the person who gave me the facial. She was very sweet and apologetic and polite and honestly she did give me a very good facial! It’s unfortunate the products didn’t work well with me.
Overall I would go back to this place for a haircut, but probably not for a facial.

Stile is a top notch salon. I have gone several times and Jodi is fabulous! I was in over the weekend for a shampoo and style — I LOVE the way she does my hair! The salon is clean and everyone is very friendly. It is very expensive, but you get what you pay for. I have never tried the other services but have been very pleased when I’ve had my hair cut, colored and styled. I would use Stile regularly if it wasn’t so expensive.

I moved to Columbus in January of 2014 and I was looking for somewhere to get a wax and came across this salon and it had great reviews. I went for my wax which was beyond amazing (Kirsten is the best). I then asked about recommendations for my hair. I have very naturally curly hair and I love color of all kinds. LeighAnn came highly recommended. I made my first appointment and I have not been disappointed at all. She is amazing! My hair has never looked and felt so healthy. I even used her to do my hair for my engagement photos. She can do any and all color from your normal colors to the crazy and funky.

I love this place!!! The owners are awesome. Always greet you when you come in. So sweet! Leigh Ann does my hair and is amazing! She takes the time to always make me feel pampered and spoiled along with giving me a great cut and perfect color every single time! The products this salon uses are the best. Never dries my hair out. Kirsten does my facials and is also amazing!!! Always able to answer all my questions and takes great care of me! Prices are in line with most other nice salons. I always feel like I get a lot for what I pay.

I’ve waited two days to write this because I didn’t want to say negative things and fly off the handle. Do NOT go to this salon for a haircut if you’re looking for bangs. I showed a picture to my stylist Brittany for side-​sweep bangs and what I have now is nothing like the picture I showed her. When she cut my bangs they immediately shrank up and are too short for me to even fix. I went here thinking «you get what you pay for» and for $ 50 I expected a great cut. Unfortunately that is not what I got. I will never return here for hair services. Yes, the stylist was friendly but friendly doesn’t mean talented or skilled.

I went here for a wax and had a good experience. The salon was clean and everyone was friendly. The woman who waxed me (Meredith?) was friendly and the experience was relatively painless and looked great.
My issue is that when I went to check out I was charged $ 64. The webpage said «$ 35 and up.» Yes, maybe I should have done more research into the «and up» part but I was told that the prices had all changed and that they were about to redo the webpage. The receptionist also that the woman who waxed me was one of their top waxers. Which I understand the concept of being charged more for a «senior stylist,» but every other time I have been asked if I want to pay the extra for the more experienced person and my answer is always «no» because I am cheap. I did not appreciate the false advertising of the outdated webpage and I did not appreciate being charged almost double for the more experienced stylist that I did not request or was not asked about.
Its not even that the price was that outrageous, but I am going to keep looking for another salon because I do not appreciate being misled.

Brittany is phenomenal. I felt so comfortable with her and it turns out my hair has never looked so beautiful. All she did was cut and blow out! The receptionist was sweet when I walked in but a little snippy when I left. Not sure what her name is. I will be coming back here whenever I need a service!

I have found the best place to get waxed. The staff was friendly and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the atmosphere. I had a full Brazilian and I barely felt pain. She kept talking to me to keep my mind off of it. It’s a bit pricey but well worth it. I would tell everyone I found my new salon and spa!!!

I was in town for a wedding and decided to get my hair done at the last minute. The receptionist was very accommodating and I got an appointment with ease. Brittany was my stylist and did a phenomenal job! My hair looked great for the wedding and the day after! If you’re staying at the Hilton and want to get pampered, I would check them out. If I had more time, I definitely would have opted for more services.

My only experience has been coming to Hayley for my hair and I have always been happy and satisfied.
I found this place through a local Groupon and decided to give it a try. Overall they are professional and use really good products (Kerastase). I’ve never had a hard time getting in for an appointment. I like that some of the stylists are very trendy (think mohawk, platinum colors, asymmetrical cuts) which I like since I like to change it up a bit sometimes, but if you keep it simple don’t let that scare you away.
I wouldn’t think this place was $$$ though, maybe $$ — is that so bad?
They recently remodeled and the place looks great.
It’s a shame I am moving since finding a new salon is such a pain — I will miss you!
One thing to remember is that tips will need to be cash as they are no longer allowed to put them on the credit card receipts!

I spent a small fortune here for a no-​chip manicure, pedicure and spray tan. I’ve had countless no-​chip manicures and all of them have lasted for 10 – 14 days. The no-​chip that I had done on Thursday night had chipped on 6 nails by Monday. (I didn’t use any cleaning agents or anything abnormal this weekend for this to happen.) So for $ 45 dollars, I had a sloppy (painted over cuticles) no-​chip that lasted only 3 days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). The receptionist was also unfriendly and unprofessional. If I were to return to this salon, the only reason would be to see Kirsten for a pedicure. She was great, but the price for the pedicure was way too high.

I personally know Kelly, one of the owners. She is awesome and will bend over backward to make sure your spa day is perfect. I was in for a massage this morning, Krystal was on a mission to get rid of every knot she could find, and came back in the afternoon for a color from Curtis. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he came through. He is very sociable and will talk about anything! Going back tomorrow for my pedi and facial. Street parking is not a problem.

I have been going to Stile since it’s inception, and know the staff very well. Curtis and Damon are masterful stylists, and Kelley is a wizard with the nails. My wife goes to Curtis for cut, color and styling and gushes about her hair every time she comes home. My business partner, who is very particular, also goes only to him. I have referred many of my guy friends to Curtis because of his traditional barber training. He gets it done right.
I referred a close friend’s wedding party to Damon and they still talk about it a year later. He styled the bride and bridesmaids hair himself, and again nothing but glowing reviews.
In general I am always welcomed by the friendly and energetic staff. I truly enjoy and look forward to my visits to Stile.

After reading the other review of what has become my favorite salon I felt compelled to advise all of you readers of the truth. I have gone to many different salons and have had my waxing and hair done by the «Best», but nothing and I mean nothing compares to what I have experienced here.
First the fabulous lady that dose my pain free waxing is TINA and she is a gem and a true find, she makes a Brazilian totally bare waxing pain free. She works miracles.
Next we have Amanda who is as cute as a button and dose the most amazing hair ever, she is so humble and unpretentious and is simply the best. I had the worst experience at Beauty First in Columbus Ohio and she not only corrected the damage that they did, she left my hair feeling amazing.
The Owners are two very different souls, Kelly is up front and always welcoming guests and dose the best nails ever, and Damion is doing hair, and is just as charming as he is cute. They both are CLASS ACTS, and are genuine people that even though they are extremely successful they are so humble. I have gone to this salon for over a year and a half and I feel so refreshed to know that they know my name and that they care about how I am.
Go here if you want great service and a upscale feel without the presumptuous nature of snooty people. This is an amazing salon and I will continue to go here forever!

Completely unprofessional.
First experience — Came in for a trim, simple enough procedure. A 15 year old cut my hair and kept talking about stupid stuff.
Second experience — Came in for a couple’s message. Called ahead. Receptionist asked if we wanted 2 females or 1 female and 1 male. I requested 2 females. She told me their names. We went in that Saturday and apparently 1 of the ladies wasn’t even working then. Again receptionist was about 15 years old and kept saying «umm…well…like» and lacked any knowledge or professionalism.
