I called this morning and left a message and Tim promptly returned my call. Unfortunately he was not available on Saturday (the next day) except for one time slot (I was not available during that time). He asked if I was available that same night and if he could fix my dryer this evening. I said absolutely! He called around 6:15 and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes. He arrived and put booties on his feet (it was raining outside). He knew the problem within 10 minutes, fixed it quickly and even fixed something else on my dryer without charging me! My dryer is even quieter now than it was before. I was so impressed! I thought his repair charge was extremely reasonable. I will definitely recommend him to others as well as use him again.

In one of those «Oh, I guess I’m adult now» adventures I’ve been having lately, our dryer died. After taking a look around, I decided to call Steele’s Appliance, and he made an appointment to check it out the next day.
When I described what was going on, Tim warned me of some possible causes, and told me he’d bring parts for everything just in case.
The next day, he called when on the way, came to my apartment, and had our dryer open to start checking it out within a few minutes.
To my pleasant surprise, he found the problem, showed me what had happened, and explained that it was a lot less serious than he’d expected it would be!
About 30 minutes later, he showed me the now fixed dryer, gave me some tips for keeping it working well, and I’m getting ready to do laundry again.
Tim did a great job, explained everything he needed to do, and made sure I was comfortable with the cost of the repairs before he started. I hope I don’t need to call him for anything else soon, but if I have another appliance problem, he’s getting my business.

I was referred to Steele Appliance by a friend and when I called, Tim answered right away, offered to come out within a couple of hours and was flexible about an appointment later in the day. He was very prompt for our appointment. When he pulled in my driveway, noticed someone was walking her dogs so he moved so he wouldn’t block the sidewalk. The ironic thing was I was the person with the dogs.
Tim was very professional, fast and efficient. My washer works great now and I couldn’t recommend his services enough.

My dryer stopped working, read reviews and called 5 repair shops. Tim Steele was the only person who could provide same-​day service AND he had the most competitive pricing (also offered some nice Unilocal discount offers at time of this posting). He gave an estimate over the phone. Arrived right on time, very professional and clean (shoe covers before entering house).
I thought the drum belt was broken but he quickly saw that the belt was fine; total cost ended up being lower than original estimate. Tim was very thorough, explained everything he was doing and offered tips to help prevent issues in the future. He left the dryer running better than new (corrected an issue caused by the original installer) and left the laundry area cleaner than it was when he arrived.
I will not hesitate to call Tim for future repairs.
