Saturday’s are horrible! The dining area is always dirty and table tops sticky. My drink has been made wrong past 2 Saturday’s and 3 weeks ago I waited 40 mins for my drink and when I noticed ppl getting their drinks who came into store long after I did but had already received their drink… I complained. I was told they gave it to someone else accidentally. I bought coffee beans to have ground into French press and the young lady did not know what number to put grinder on… She also did not know how to make a mocha light frap. I spoke to the Lead Barista but she just looked at me with no expression. She said nothing. Yes… I’m frustrated!

I stop at this Starbucks on my way to or from Indianapolis because they’re wonderful and I am old. I don’t need fuel for the car, I need fuel for me. I also need a clean bathroom(I am old). This Starbucks is clean, the staff is quick but has the lack of personality or friendliness I associate with this part of the Midwest United States: everyone is really literal and bothered by questions. This Starbucks will meet your Starbucks needs. And, yes, Starbucks is a need and not a want.

If I could give a ½ star I would. We are on a family trip and we have stopped in truck stops cleaner than this Starbucks. Bathrooms were disgustingly dirty with no soap. Counters were dirty, floor had trash and the barista was handling tops of cups with bare hands as well as the frother. We love Starbucks but this one needs some help.

Came here for a Slow Roasted Hot Ham & Swiss and the outside of the sandwich was really hot… then I bit the middle of the sandwich and it was still frozen! I thought No big deal, maybe they just didn’t warn it up long enough. So, I tried it again the next day and guess what? Same thing happened again! I don’t know how they warm up their sandwiches but it is very dissapointing!

I would like to say that the staffs there are trying their best. When I first visited this Starbucks, everything did not seem ready. 4 of the drinks menus were all out, and it was worse in restrooms. However when I looked at the staffs working, they were busy making drinks for customers in line. Then I realized, it is the manager of this starbucks who is not keeping this shop responsible. I believe they should place 2 more staffs to work and their shop clean and organized.

Worst experience at a Starbucks. I ordered a holiday flat white & a turkey bacon breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was made with ham(not turkey bacon, not Canadian bacon, HAM) and was still cold in the center. The drink tasted okay, other than being lukewarm and the cup being sticky everywhere the cardboard coozie did not cover. The store was crowded, and our order took 14 minutes to get fulfilled, but the quality was extremely poor.

We stopped here while on a road trip hoping for a quick cup of coffee to keep us going. We saw the low reviews but thought, «it’s Starbucks. How bad can it be?» After a 30 minute drive through experience we realized The reason you pay attention to low reviews. If we lived here we wouldn’t come back. But we will pay better attention to those low stars in the future!

Just stood at the counter for 10 – 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging I was there. Made eye contact with several baristas who seemed to not understand that customers need to place orders. Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks.

We’ve been to this Starbucks twice and both times it was filthy. We tried the second time thinking it might have improved and it was worse than before. We couldn’t use the restrooms at all the second time. We won’t be back.

Been here twice. First time the young kid who took my order had no idea what a black eye was(and every Starbucks I have ever been to knows it is two shots of espresso in coffee) and was sort of salty about it — like I was purposefully trying to trip him up or something. Also left me standing there through four more customer transactions because they«forgot» the cookie I had ordered. Second time. I have an older woman with short grey hair taking my order. I say I want a venti iced Americano with room and 3 pumps caramel syrup. Easy enough, right? I get my drink and it is an iced caramel macchiato with room and extra caramel syrup. It was easily the most disgusting drink I have ever had(I find the sweet drinks to be overly sweet to begin with, and then to ADDMORE… Gah). And of course I couldn’t bring it to anyone’s attention because the line was out the door and forget trying to interrupt anyone! I am trying to be sympathetic because this is a busy location, but seriously guys you need to get it together.

I am a biased reviewer. This Starbucks was my daily lunch spot for close to two years and I have NEVER had any problems with my order(usually a grande Americano and a pastry item). The staff knows my name, they know my order, they know my kids. The vibe is very casual and that is a good thing, especially on Cervelo R’s side of town! Great outdoor seating is a nice touch. Yes, the line is always out the door. Yes, the drive thru is always packed. Be patient. There is a reason the line is so long – you are not the only person who likes to drink good coffee.

I take I65 nearly every other week and stop here every time. Contrary to other reviews I have always received great service here and I’ve never had any problems with my beverages. I would recommend stopping at this location. If only they had a Clover and weren’t so busy all the time.

The coffee is always fresh and the service is great. This is one of the few Starbucks that actually has fresh bold coffee! We are spoiled here!

You would think a Starbucks is a Starbucks, and they would be able to make a decent coffee drink. For whatever the reason, this wasn’t the case. This Starbucks was a pretty decent sized free standing location, complete with a drive through, inside setting, including some comfy over-sized chairs, and a nice outside patio. Hey, they even had some interesting art decoration on the outside of the building. The issue that I have with this Starbucks is with the drinks itself. A latte shouldn’t taste like coffee grounds.

Service was horrible. Went in with my parents, and we weren’t even acknowledged at the counter for a good 5 min. I am lactose intolerant, and had specifically asked for no whipped cream on my beverage, it was even penned on my cup, but there was still whipped cream on my drink. This stop was during a road trip to Louisville, from Michigan, so a quick bathroom break was necessary. Bathrooms were filthy. In fact, the entire store was pretty dirty. Countertops at the sugar/milk/spices area looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned all day. The containers for the spices were dirty as well, I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable using them.
