Starbucks

Good location with a nice store design. Some Starbucks aren’t built for the relaxing/​working coffee table person. This store has a nice bench seat with little 1 – 2 person tables stretched along the bench. I feel like they made this one with the idea that some people will come drink and use the wi-​fi. Personally I think most Starbucks in Columbus don’t have that feel.
Now, customer service is a little different as I felt my barista was very brusque and not very friendly. The drive thru was busy but the inside was not when i came in. I must have caught her on a bad day. My coffee was hot and just the way I like (Not that most people mess up black coffee:) This is way better than the Kroger and Target Starbucks.

I really like this new location! I know there are several Starbucks around including the locations inside Target and Kroger but sometimes I just want a coffee without having to plan a shopping trip around it.
The location itself is large and open with lots of seating to work, meet with friends, or just relax. I was getting my order to go but I could have easily found a comfy seat to chill out in if I wanted to. They also have a drive thru which is nice and there is always cars in line but it seems to move quickly from what I have seen.
The staff was friendly and my order came out quickly and just as ordered. It appears that they have a barista dedicated to the drive thru window and one to the customers inside although I am sure they share duties if one side is busy and the other is not. Its nice that you don’t have to wait long.
There is a lot of space for product on the floor and in the shelves along the wall without it feeling crowded or cluttered. My only complaint about the products are the products on the top shelf are just out of my reach but that is basically true of anywhere I go since I am short AND have T-​Rex arms. I am sure if I wanted anything, one of the staff members would have been happy to help.
Like all Starbucks, it is a little pricey but I will definitely be back.

Nice new Starbucks! Sure beats the one in the Target store. Staff are all good and helpful. The store is done in the new fashion design. Not very cozy for sitting and enjoying your tasty cup of joe. Seating arrangement kinda stinks too. Everything else is typical Starbucks fashion.

Hate to say it but worst Starbucks ever. Wait is always long, no matter if there is anyone there or not. Just left, it’s 920 pm, there’s no one in drive through and still had to wait 7 minutes after I paid for my drink. Which, by the way, is NOT what I ordered, and that happens about 25% of the time.
Can’t say that I’ve had a good experience one time since they opened 2 months ago.
Disappointing. Every time.
