It’s a good day at Starbucks Terminal B. People are happy. Orders are correct. They took my Sbux card. Hooray.

I ordered my standby drink that tastes the same no matter which restaurant I go to… until now. I can clearly taste hazelnut syrup in my iced caramel macchiatto and the lady called me up and asked me whether I wanted caramel drizzled in it (even though that’s what makes it a caramel macchiato, not the random hazelnut flavor she added on a whim).

They literally just scooped match powder onto the milk & tilted the cup a little, then tried to give it to me. Unmixed. Dry powder on top of milk. I actually had to request that they use a separate cup to blend the ingredients. I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a ‘coffee shop’.

This Starbucks is a pretty big hit-​or-​miss depending on who’s working when you get there. I’ve had times when I would receive my order within a minute or two (even with a short line), and other times when I’d have to wait quite a while when there wasn’t a line at all.
Drink quality is pretty average for a Starbucks, although I did have one frappuccino come out half-​melted. The store is kept pretty clean, and they have a pretty comprehensive selection of beverages and foods.

Pretty large Starbucks for an airport– plenty of seating space with tables to get some work done before a flight. Though there were only 2 people working when I came in today, the staff was pretty efficient and my drink was well made. Will be stopping by before future flights here at port Columbus!

These guys are the fast sprinters of the STARBUCKS team. One of the fastest serving stations I have ever seen and believe me, I travel for work all the time and I know my airport Starbucks :-).
B TERMINAL by gate B23

There’s a Starbucks in each terminal, I think. The one in B is a proper ‘bucks, while this one, in C, is just a stand. Their drinks taste pretty much the same no matter what the layout, though. This one is very conveniently located just across from security after you get shuffled through, rather than being halfway down one of the halls and only being especially useful to those whose gates are thataway.
Anyway, I got my tea. The baristas were nice. The drink was more expensive than it should be. Welcome to Starbucks.

its what we are stuck with traveling east from california. i am a peets coffee guy all day long, and travel with peets coffee in my bag … i got large iced coffee with 3 shots… hard to screw that up… it was ok but not peets.

This is just about the only good thing in the airport! The line was short but still took a long time to get to the front, but the Batista made my drink very fast to make up for that lost time. Pricing was the same as a typical Starbucks outside the airport, They were all friendly and the coffee was great! Its too bad i didn’t have time to sit and enjoy the large seating area! Great stop on the way to catch your flight! There should be more of these throughout the airport!
