The food was good, customer service was good but I’m disappointed in the s’mores frapp I ordered. They didn’t put chocolate in the bottom of my cup(which we can agree is the best part) and there were no graham cracker crumbles on my whipped cream… first time deciding to go to this one to treat myself and I was not impressed.

Their customer service here is far better than almost any place I have ever been before. I asked about 100 questions and the young man never lost his patience or became short with his answers. The steak wrap thing I got was pretty good and the drink was fabulous. The drive thru was lined around the building but it still took less that 4 minutes to receive my items(I am finding this is VERYRARE for Starbucks from past experiences).

Staff are friendly and drinks are consistent. Do not try to «get a quick coffee» at 8am on a weekday though, you may end up late to work. The drive thru here is usually insanely backed up. However, if you do want a quick Starbucks, there one inside the Target right behind this this location and they open at 8 and they can get you in and out quick.

Haven’t been to a Starbucks in millennia, but it was a BOGO day and we were driving past. The establishment seemed full of customers from the outside, but there was plenty of seating within. The staff is friendly, but very over-staffed(4 or 5 people?) The foofoo drink I got was nothing special, a luke-warm mix of hot milk, syrups, sugars and whip. I couldn’t even tell if there was espresso in it. Probably a meal’s worth of calories, and my drink tasted exactly like my wife’s, and we ordered two different things. Where are the nuances? I would have had just coffee, but avoided it because I usually don’t like their blends. Not horrible, but every five or ten years, I need a reminder of why we don’t go to Starbucks.

First of all, I am a barista at another Starbucks in the Columbus area and I understand what sets apart good customer service from exceptional customer service. Allow me to illustrate how they are by far one of the worst in the area. I order a Tall Iced(1)Pumpkin Soy Dirty Chai as my go to drink because I am a glutton for holiday drinks. So when i ask for ONE pump of pumpkin spice, I assume there is only one pump of pumpkin spice. So I wait about 5 – 7 minutes for my drink and I taste test it because I seen it looked über orange. She looks at me and says she did 3 and 3 of the pumpkin and chai. I looked at her then at the cup and said it was too sweet. She didn’t respond and went about her happy business. Cool beans. I take it that you aren’t interested in my distaste. I stand there looking at her because I clearly just said I was unhappy with my drink and Starbucks motto is ‘If you aren’t satified with your drink, we’ll remake it’. Of course it didn’t happen until 12 minutes later when a different barista asked what was wrong and decided to remake(she was great, srly). To add along to the drink problem, she was unbelievably unwelcoming. It was as if she brought her bad day with her to work. Anytime another barista from another store comes in, I treat them as customers with awesome points but I felt like I was a nuisance. Great job, once again.

I only come here because(a) it’s literally 1.5 minutes away from one of the clinics I work at and(b) they have a drive-thru. Haven’t stopped inside the actual shop before, but drive-thru has been consistently quick and reliable. Baristas are all super friendly.

Great and hopeful service at this place. I have been here numerous times and I have never had a problem. The place is a decent sit and work spot but not great. They have a few comfy chairs and a couple tables. It is a Starbucks so really staff makes a place along with interior space. This one gets 4 stars because of the staff but it doesn’t compare for space to the Bexley Starbucks but not many do.

Like most any Starbucks I have visited, this location has friendly staff and good coffee. They have a convenient drive thru, which is one of my favorite aspects about any Starbucks. My only dislike about this location is the seating area. They provide limited space between the counter and seats. If there is a group at a table, the aisle chair sticks out and my big but has to squeeze past in order to get to the counter. Very awkward.

This is the second time I have gone to this Starbucks and ordered«a grade green tea» then they hand me an iced tea. If I wanted an ice tea I would say«grande ICED tea» to boot it’s 45 degrees out, why would you assume I want an iced tea? I have never had this problem at any other Starbucks. If your like me and unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to you remember to say«hot» if you want a warm drink.

Hands down one of my favorite Starbucks. I’ve been coming here for years upon years along with the rest of the East Side Starbucks fans. I’ve only had an issue once in which my order was wrong and it was immediately corrected when brought to the staff’s attention. The drinks are fairly consistent in flavor and blend regardless of whose commanding the espresso machine and I’ve not found this to be the case at all coffee joints. I’ve never been blown away from my service there it’s most certainly never been bad. Overall a cool experience. Oh yeah, the drive thru can get pretty ridic.

I think this might be the best Starbucks in the Columbus area(trust me, I’ve been to them all). The staff members are so nice and upbeat, every single one of them. I used to stop by everyday before heading to work. I think out of the 50+ times I’ve been here, I’ve only had my order wrong once. They noticed it and gave me the wrong drink, the correct drink and then a freebie coupon for next time. If they made one too many drinks, they’ll offer the extras to you. The line for the drive thru can get pretty long around rush hour or on Saturdays but they try to make it go by quick. Great location. Great staff.

This is the only Starbucks I go to. I live in Columbus/Reynoldsburg area, so of course it is convenient to my apartment. They seriously have the most upbeat and friendly staff; they are always in a good mood, they introduce themselves and never screw up an order(for me, anyway). If they accidentally make more than one of something, they will offer it to you! I’m for real, I think I’ve gotten more freebies there in the past two years, than what I’ve actually purchased. A+
