Nice guy but not quality work. Installed a new front dooor lock 11 months ago, then had problems opening. I paid another service fee for him to fix, only two days later the lock jammed up. Called back to ask to fix and wanted to charge me another fee and new lock. I stated the lock should have a warranty per the manufacturer but he was not willing to honour that and charge me for a new lock and install. Bad customer service

I accidentally locked my keys in my car yesterday and immediately called Snap & Crack. The guy that unlocked my car arrived quickly and was very nice and professional, not to mention super cute! I will definitely be using Snap & Crack in the future.
