Simple Bath

We had our bathroom redone in February and things couldn’t have gone better.
Before the remodel our bathroom was a disaster. Tiles being held on with duct tape and mildew that was evolving to the point of giving fashion tips. I had to duck my head to get under the shower head and the pipes were loud enough to wake anyone trying to sleep in the house when the shower was turned on.
In just two days they turned this toxic area into a delight. They raised my shower head by over a foot so I don’t have to duck. The pipes are quiet and there’s no more duct tape! The only thing I wish they could have done was install a vent fan but apparently that requires a licensed HVAC person now due to state regulations. We are looking into that for the next phase of our remodel.

Amazing experience from start to finish. I couldn’t make up my mind on fixtures and colors… Everyone was very patient and helpful… no pressure sales tactics, very willing to spend time with us to make our selections.
Please look at the pics I posted, their products are awesome. Easier to clean than I ever imagined. Look just like day one installation after 2 years!
Installers? They treated my home as if they were working on their own. Quality every step of the way. Very nice crew.

Simple Bath Ohio did a complete tearout and upgrade of our master bathroom. We chose the materials, which are lovely, and we receive many compliments. They did not use Subs, but a team of people on their pay roll. They did the work in a week, and left everything clean and orderly every night. We have had the Onyx system in since September, and couldn’t be more pleased. We paid a fair price for a great job!

I was happy with the Simple Bath employees. The only issues that I experienced were with their sub contractors and what I feel was a lack of follow up.
For my job, the sub contractors involved were painters and electricians. Those contractors performed sub par work. Had someone from Simple Bath checked in after each sub, then they would have noticed the short comings rather than me (THE CUSTOMER).
Once I pointed out the issues, Simple Bath was quick to respond and correct the short comings.
As of this writing, I am happy with the outcome of my bathroom. It didn’t go as smooth as I’d like, but that can be said for most home remodel jobs. I have owned 3 houses and have done extensive remodels so I am aware of what is acceptable and what isn’t.
The quality of the materials is outstanding. I am very happy with the Onyx in my shower. It is really nice not having any grout lines; it gives it a very clean appearance.

Do NOT use this business unless you want to be ripped off and receive cheap materials. I was way to trusting after meeting with the owner, Mary, and didn’t ask the right questions. What we ended up with is a faux tile shower with ugly cheap fixtures and a toilet that I never would have chosen had I been given options. I could have had the same work done with half the cost and been able to choose my own fixtures rather than trusting a «designer» in making the right choices. That was my fault and a lesson learned the hard way, but am now trying to prevent others from over paying for this poor quality of work.
