If I could give this store ZERO stars, I would! Their customer service is the worst I’ve experienced in my 40 years of shopping. I bought a shirt from Sears online. The FIRST time I went to the store to try and return it, I waited 20 minutes for an unconcerned manager to tell me «their computer won’t process returns» and to come back later. So I go back today to try to return it and was told that«the computer could not find the order in the system». What the hell? This so-called manager was even less concerned and told me I would have to just mail it back. No apology, no desire to help at all. With such horrible customer service and inadequate technology, I honestly don’t know how Sears stays open. One thing for sure — I WILLNEVERBUYANYTHINGFROMSEARSAGAIN.

Great store for always finding what you need, from tools, lawn and garden, electronics, appliances, and even clothes!

We purchased a new Kenmore Washer from SEARS last Saturday after our previous Kenmore of 15 years stopped working. Our salesperson was pleasant and knowledgable and the transaction went smoothly. She set up a delivery and haul away for our broken washer and we went home very happy. SEARS Delivery called to confirm the delivery and installation 2 days prior and the contractor for SEARS Liberty Transportation called the day of delivery to confirm the time as well. My husband I cleaned our basement thoroughly in prep and cleared our calendars so we could assist as needed. When the delivery truck pulled up — it was across the street. There was ample space in front of our home and I asked the driver if that would be easier for him. He replied no and asked where the best entrance was. I showed him the basement entrance from the back of our home and he said no way. I then showed him the kitchen entrance and he said it was better. He and his partner hooked themselves up to the washer and proceeded to cross the street and enter our kitchen. They tried to get down the stairs but were unwilling to get the job done and backed up our stairs. Again, we have had 2 other deliveries of washers and dryers to that same basement and both of those crews were successful. This crew would not try another way and left with our washer. While leaving they called our neighborhood a ghetto and honked their horn. SEARS needs to contract with someone other than liberty transportation for future Columbus deliveries.
