Saturday’s

AWFUL. I will NEVER come back here! Not only was their customer service the worst I have ever seen in a hair salon but my haircut was just as bad. There was a woman in front of me as I came in the door. She was being turned away because she wanted a perm. The girl encouraged her to drive to another location. (there was only 1 person getting color with another stylist at the time) The woman said she wanted to come to this salon because it was closest to her house and didn’t want to drive all the way to another location. As she walked out the girl working said «I ain’t doing no perm. They stink and they take too long.» I should have turned around at the point but wanted a quick haircut so proceeded to let them cut my hair. The girl criticized my hair and when I told her that I got it cut last at the Hilliard Saturday’s location she then continued to bash that location saying that I had a «hole» in my hair and they are the worst location. She kept telling me that I need color when I did not want any color in my hair. My hair cut was very lopsided which I didn’t realize until I left the store and I had the worst layers that were not at all blended together. She said she didn’t have time to blow dry/​roller brush my hair so she would flat iron it real quick because she had customers waiting. Needless to say with service like this I will being going elsewhere for a more expensive cut from now on. But I encourage everyone to stay away from this place!!!

Well my girl Naariah hooked me up again! She took me from my beautiful platinum shade (which she did, of course) to a ROCKIN’ mocha with a hint of red undertone… She knows her stuff and makes me laugh the whole time! Ask for her and you won’t regret it.

Rocky has moved across the street to salon lofts!!! She is no longer with Saturday’s. And she did not move to akron!!! If you want great service and awesome hair she is the one to give it to you! Find her there she surely would love to see you again.

I have been going to Aveda salons exclusively for the last 4 years. I went in on a whim, and what a treat! Rocky was personable and knowledgeable. She did a great job explaining different ideas she had to add a different style to my hair. The best part is the price. Aveda haircuts — $ 40+ I got a deep conditioning treatment and a wash, style, cut + tip for $ 50. Great value, and go see Rocky.
