My husband loves Roosters wings, he would give them 5 stars based on their food alone. I’m giving them 4 stars because in the 3 times we’ve been here the food is somewhat inconsistent. However, today we had a waitress named Tink and she deserves a 5 star review her service. She is an amazing waitress with a fantastic work ethic and warm personality. Tink my husband would like to thank you for convincing me to come back again!

I personally think their wings are the best around. I have been eating here for years(not just at this specific location) and the service is ALWAYS great. The only bad think that I have to say is that sometimes they mess up our order when we get take out. They also have good subs and curly fries.

I know a lot of people think this is THE place for wings but they didn’t impress me much. The place can get crowded — very crowded and very noisy! And this wasn’t even on a day when there were any sports to see on the many televisions. The noise didn’t really bother me, it was how closely packed in that I wasn’t thrilled with. The service was good but the food was just eh! We each had a side salad(we should’ve left it at just the carrot sticks) that were so so and we ordered the 20 wings with sauce on the side — that’s how we roll. I like dipping my wing into the sauce to my own preferences. The wings were $ 20.68 for wings that were a heck of a lot of coating. No crowing from me about Rooster’s.

Hang out to watch the NFL football game. One thing I really like about Rooster’s is they have a lot of TVs. No matter where you sit, you will be surrounded by TVs. They do have a big area for bar, along with the dining area. On top of that, their food prices is very reasonable. I like how they section out the wings and the sauce is ok quality. If you looking for a sports bar to hang out and enjoy the game, Rooster’s can be one of your consideration.

Super disappointed with the carry out order I received tonight. I don’t eat meat so when my family wants chicken wings I try to find something on the menu I can eat. I asked the girl on the phone if she knew what kind of veggie burger they served. She didn’t know and she did not offer to check. When my husband got home with the food I opened my container to find a turkey burger. Awesome. Thank you roosters, now I’m watching everyone else enjoy there dinner and throwing mine away.

Ordered takeout at 5:00PM, was told a 20min eta. Got there exactly 20 minutes, and waited another 40 minutes because food was not ready. Finally get food at 6:00PM, got home and everything is ice cold(How is that even possible!). Thanks Roosters for wasting an hour of my life.

Probably the worst Roosters in Columbus. For one I order a sidecar and got a shot of some other mix. If you wasn’t sure of how to make it, why not use Google? After two attempts to get it right, I gave up. The waitress Tyler was nice and before placing our order(it was a big party) if we wanted separate checks. I appreciated that. It took a while for us to receive our orders and when we did some of our food request was forgotten. The wings barely had sauce. Almost all of us had wings that wasn’t fully coated with sauce. Very stingy with sauces compared to my favorite location in German Village. The fries and wedges I tried from other members in my party all undercooked. I will say this location is bigger than most Roosters but that’s probably the only good thing about it.

Beer prices are really nice for happy hour and food was ok. I agree with others that the french fries/curly fries are under cooked and the size of the dishes was small. The nacho plate was interesting at best. Overall a big open and welcoming place. Service was good.

Love Roosters! Wings with Carolina gold is my favorite thing to get. I also enjoy just getting appetizers there too, especially during happy hour when they are discounted. The prices are amazing! I love that I can get beer and food for under 10 $. This location is really nice since it’s only about a year old, but it does get really busy. Just be careful what time you go to this one because you could end up waiting a good amount of time.

A nice place to hangout with friends. My friends and I got every Saturday night and the food is always delicious. The Carolina Gold boneless wings and Dumpster fries are what I always get. The food good and the prices match the portions very nicely. The staff is always very friend, even before we went in all the time. It is a very clean restaurant with plenty of seating, indoors or outdoors. We never have to wait too long to get our food.

We were there Saturday and Sunday evening meeting with friends. We sat at the bar, ordered drinks and food. My boyfriend ordered the white pizza… it was so good. I ordered the salad wedge and chicken wings. Loved the waitresses at the bar. They made sure we had everything we needed. Their food, service and prices are awesome. We will be back. :)

There is a reason most flock to B-dubs and not this place. Service, food, or a combo of the two. We ordered cheese bacon fries. We got a half cooked small, key word, small, plate of fries, some cheese sauce that you can tell came from some sort of pump apparatus. and a handful of bacon-like pieces on them. We did send them back and ask the fries to be cooked. it did not really move the satisfaction needle however. Sad. Rooster’s had the gall to charge you $ 3.00 for them too. Ok. You got us. Ordered boneless wings, extra wet(up-charge), with blue cheese. Wings came out damn near w/o any sauce and the taste of them, well, I’ll say it was just not all that. Even ordered the ‘donkey’ flavor hoping to get some umph out of the food. No such luck. Sigh. Ate two and just packed the rest away. Mgmt offered to bring extra sauce for free, which was nice, but I ordered them ‘wet’ for a reason, not just to have you offer to bring me extra sauce. Meh. Now the service was just decent. Our server kept our drinks filled and was nice, but that’s about all. Lots of eye candy walking around in short shorts, which pretty much made the visit worthwhile for me. I won’t be back however. I’ll spend my wing money from here on out at B-dubs.

Been here several times and have never really been disappointed. Yes, the service is a little slow. I think the wings are better than Buffalo Wild Wings. The Carolina Gold is my preferred sauce because it is sweet. Their bleu cheese dressing is amazing and perfect to help calm the heat of some of the spicier sauces. The fried pickles are really good but a smidge on the salty side. The kids meals are very affordable and it includes a lot of food. The prices on most of the food is pretty reasonable as compared to BW’s.

Great service, the food was excellent, lots of TVs and lots of family’s with kids. We had a gift card somebody gave us and thought we would give it a try. This turned out to be a great place to eat. Now the food is more along the lines of snacky game day food but if you are in the mood for wings look no further. The wings were delicious and I love that they are cooked in peanut oil. This gives the wings such a unique flavor. We ordered Fries Fried mushrooms Wings: garlic, sweet tahi chili & honey BBQ In the future I would like to try some of their other non snacky game day foods

I went here for lunch recently with a group of co-workers. Rooster’s is a chain that is noted for their wings and other bar style food. This location is located in the very busy Polaris Mall area where many different eating options are available. Personally, I usually avoid the Polaris area because of all the traffic, but it we were out to celebrate a birthday. I would have to agree with others about the challenges one may find with accessing the restaurant’s parking lot. This restaurant is fairly new. Good size interior with a centrally located bar section. Plenty of parking in their private lot. They do offer an outdoor patio area with warmer weather. I found the service mediocre and a-typical with other Rooster restaurants. Our server was attentive. I cannot, however, say that I felt particularly«welcomed» as a customer. It seemed that the server team was more focused on «tasks» than having a more human side of service. Our server kept drinks filled and checked frequently on needs. There were a number problems … not enough utensils or napkins … missing orders. They were prompt to address issues. I enjoy Rooster’s boneless wings and their Red, Bacon and Bleu salad. I have been to a number of other Rooster locations. Their sauce for their wings have been hit or miss. In fact, I often feel tentative about which sauce to order on the wings because they are never consistent. So, I tried a different sauce on my wings today … the garlic. The sauce had a subtle garlic flavor, but may have become my favorite Rooster’s sauce. Their boneless wings were meaty and moist. I was pleasantly surprised. Overall, my dining experience was okay. There are so many options available in the area. I cannot say that this Roosters stands out any more than any other options which is why I feel an «okay» rating is warranted.

I was so horribly disappointed in this place. It was busy. We got wings. My son(5) loves wings. Everywhere we go — if they have BBQ wings, he gets wings. This is the first place he made a face and looked at me and said«Dad… I don’t like these wings.» They were crap. It’s not the Rooster’s I remember. The service was mediocre. Forgotten drinks, mistaken orders, three times they tried dropping someone else’s food at my table, and they forgot half my order. No reason to come back, and I can’t recommend it, but I have friends that love Rooster’s — so I’d venture a second chance, but that’s it.

Best Roosters I’ve ever had was at the Polaris location. Although I dunno what’s up with the waitresses and there lack of attentiveness? See pictures for food.

These are the best wings in Columbus. I don’t understand some of the mediocre to poor reviews… people are blaming the restaurant for being too busy? Maybe make note of that, but it should affect the star rating. Also, so many commenting on the service from when it first opened… also, thanks to those that indicated that, but if you come back and it’s better, how about an update? Anyway, what you want to hear from me is what I think, so let’s just say that the service is much improved from when they first opened. The food is excellent, both of these reasons is why it gets five stars from me. The curly fries are just plain and bland fries that happen to be curly, but who isn’t dipping them in their amazing leftover sauce anyway? Could very well be the reason they are so plain, because that is the intent? Seriously, just ask for your wings/tenders sauce to be «extra wet» and ask for some more on the side, and you will not have any problems… you’ll be begging the waiter to slip you the recipe for the sauce! The tenders are very good, and plenty to eat if you get four… Buffalo chicken pizza is out of this world… Seriously though, when you come here, remember what they are known for… if you don’t eat meat, no offense, why even review the place? Does that seem fair? They aren’t trying to be a salad bar. You don’t go to a Toyota dealer and complain that their selection of Chevy Cavaliers is limited to just used vehicles without a single new one on the lot, do you? Doesn’t make sense… This is the best sports bar chain in the Midwest, if you ask me…

Fairly new location that was fairly hoppin’ on a Monday evening. It’s a chain restaurant with good happy hour specials, mediocre food(more later), a buttload of TV’s, and good service. Seriously, a customer can’t look to a single part of the restaurant without seeing a TV! So, it’s great for sports fans. Food… I had the Cajun chicken sandwich with a side of curly fries(everything is a la carte). I was hoping the«Cajun» would give the sandwich a little flavor/kick, but I was wrong. It was quite bland, no Cajun heat at all. The curly fries were literally regular French fries that were«curly». I was expecting some seasoning on them like pretty much every other place I’ve had«curly fries»; not here… They, too, were mediocre, even for basic fries. My friend had the meat lovers pizza and liked it. Know that they’re 9″ pizzas, so most people at the bar ordered their own pizza. The service was great! We sat at the bar and there were 3 – 4 servers just for the bar. It did get a little old when every single one of them would ask the same thing(«do you want another beer?) when we had already answered the question. Can’t really get around this though. They do have a great patio, which would be wonderful on a nice day. Overall, if I went back to watch a game or something, I’d probably try their wings… But, I don’t have any plans on returning; I’d rather be at a more local place.
