When I moved into this apartment it was still dirty, mold in the bathroom dirty sinks and the whole place smelled like an ashtray. My refrigerator kept breaking and the first call that went to maintenance went unanswered. I lost two weeks of food! To top all of that off the day that the maintenance man came I had to drop off my rent check and ended up babysitting him for an hour and a half until I had to leave for an appointment. After I lost two weeks of grocery’s because of the 35 year old refrigerator crapped out on me. Well their strong handed approach to rent guaranteed I wont forget rent again, but it also guaranteed I will be moving when my lease is up.
