My husband and I just had dinner at red lobster. Our waitress was Melissa. She was extremely knowledge, efficient and courteous. The service was fast. Our food was hot and delicious. We will return.

The food was good but the service was SLOW!!! Wait staff complaining the kitchen was backed up, the managers were just walking around. Empty tables but a long wait. Overall understaffed.

This is by far the worst red lobster I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried this one several times. The food is not very fresh — everything tastes microwaved. The waitstaff is friendly, but the food is not worth the money.

One of the best chain restuarants in central Indiana. It may not be Bone Fish or the Oceanaire but the food is tasty, consistent and portions are ample. Best thing about RL Columbus is the staff; they are outstanding. They are always friendly, helpful and extremely customer-​focused. Sean (part of the management team) and Carly (a server) have the best people skills at any resturant, regardless of price or reputation, that we’ve ever been to– and we eat out a lot.
