Red Bar & Sushi

Decent sushi, poor delivery. It looked as if it had been thrown on the plate. Friendly staff.

This is my review for Red Bar Sushi (March 25^th)
So the kitchen closes early on Sunday. Yep, didn’t know that. So when I first walked in I was like WHERE ARE THE PEOPLE? Red Bar was booked for a private event to they actually had us sit in their sister restaurant, Two Fish next door. Okay?
I found an excellent deal on Living Social for this place ($ 15 for $ 30 meal). Of course my co-​worker & I hopped on this goldmine. However, we didn’t read the fine print saying that it was only valid for one per table. Bummer.
Now let talk about the FOOD. Very creative menu. Simple & straight to the point and the menu is reasonably priced.
ATMOSPHERE! Very trendy! Oak tables, dim lighting, and a exposed kitchen where you see your food being prepared. Looks like some where Samantha & Carrie Bradshaw would go to grab a Cosmo.
Overall, I WOULD RETURN BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Some rolls were not completely full of rice but overall ok. Monday to Thursday sushi is half off. Good service. Good place for people watching in short north and it has a patio
