Simply the worst pizza hut in columbus — all because of terrible management. From orders being wrong, pizza’s taking 2 hours to watching the pizza maker sneeze into her hand and then continue making pizza’s — simply terrible!
I would give anything for corporate to shut them down and open a new one!

I ordered 3 pizzas via the website, and promptly picked them up. Two of them were made incorrectly. The receipt shows all the topping per pizza, but it seems as if they have a problem in the reading department. Not too happy. This was a Mothers Day dinner.
Beware, check food before leaving.

I’ve yet to get a bad pizza from here. I know it is a chain, but to be able to say every pizza i’ve had has been well made is saying a bit for a chain.
Either you like pizza hut or you don’t, but if you do I think you will be happy with the service and quality of this location. You know, unlike the waste of time and money that the one next to Half Price books on lane is.
