Pizza Hut

What is going on with this Pizza Hut? I ordered. Large thin crust, which was fine, but the large Pan pizza was only halfway covered with toppings and it looked more like hand tossed pizza, so we effectively got a small pizza that was not even cooked well. I called and asked to speak to the manager. She never even came to the phone, just said that she would refund my money without even hearing the issue. Failure seems to be normal here. We used to order here a lot, but not worth the hassle now. I added a picture of the pizza.

Stay away. Dont waste your time or your money. I ordered my pizza online. An hour and a half later, i called the place. The firat tome I called, the girl hung up on me. I called back and they said my pizza was still at the store. They gave the excuse that they only had one driver, so I would have to wait at least another hour before I would get my pizza delivered. I would suggest save yourself the time and trouble… juat order Papa Johns or Domino’s. This place deserves a NO STAR RATING.

My order arrived swiftly, but instead of calling to tell me they were out of my soda, they just assumed another would be ok. It wasn’t and the poor delivery boy had to borrow a pen so he could subtract the price of the soda I no longer wanted.
Now I open my pizza. I orders spinach on my pie and spinach I got, raw, and all over the pizza as though it were an afterthought. I asked for mushrooms and there were none. Aggravated I call the store and there is no answer, 3 times! I tried to email, but there isn’t a simple email, you have to go to their site and write in a box in 1000 characters… really?
I wasted $ 22 of my money to get no soda, raw spinach that was merely tossed on after forgetting my toppings and furthermore, they gave me no dressing for my wings! If I had to pay for it, it should be more apparent on the site, not as though it’s extra for extra.
Totally disappointed in one of my favorite pizza delivery joints. Been calling for years, but I probably will call another from here on out and I suggest you do the same.

Scary. Scary location and bad customer service. And I agree with the last review, right after we ordered we left (takes like 12 minutes to get there from my home) it was already cold when we got there. Sucked!
