These people should not ever be allowed to even look at your computer. I had a simple loose connection in my USB port. They called me after a week to pick up my repaired computer and it is a good thing I turned it on before I left because it was unrepaired. The guy begged me for a second chance to get it right. When I went back to get it a week later: the port was still not fixed, and worse than that, there was now DUCTTAPE holding the case together. I cursed them out, took my laptop home to discover the battery no longer worked either and neither did the trackpad. If you value your equipment, avoid using this shop!!!

I cannot recommend calling this place on the weekend, however. I didn’t pay attention to the store hours posted and called just to see if I could get someone to ask about my sudden catastrophic spy-wear problem with the laptop. I ended up talking to some guy named Joe, who is the weekend PC Help emergency guy. Joe actually comes to your house for like $ 35 and then charges like $ 100 and hour(I’m pretty sure that is what he said…) while he is fixing the problem. I was hoping this would only take a few minutes after reading Jimmie L’s review for the place but Joe informed me that a similar job that he had done that morning took about three hours. Sorry Joe, but I think I’ll wait til the regular store hours and hopefully write a glowing update soon with similar tales of the dirt-cheap 10 minute spy-wear fix job.
