Papa John’s Pizza

Good experience with them as of now… I didn’t like the papa Johns in Richmond but this one seemed ok and had good dough and good bake on the ones we ordered …

I have had the worst customer service experience with Papa Johns over the last TWO days that I have experienced in a few years. The «managers» have been unprofessional and quite frankly rude. I very rarely order out and the one time I do from here (in years) I am treated terribly. Your S. Hamilton Rd location in Columbus, OH and the managers Teana & Rich have been a terrible representation of your corporation.

We love papa johns pizza, but the service at this location is crap. We ordered here and received our pizza late and at the wrong address. They also had the order wrong; my wife then called and they started to yell at her, she asked for the manager and they refused and hung up on her. I then went there and confronted the manager, which he did not reprimanded the person who yelled at and hung up on my wife. Then tonight I went there trying to get a pizza and they refused service although they were open. After the guy working at the time refused service and refused to tell us his name he threatened and pretended to «call the cops» on us. It was 11:30pm and they closed at 12am. The picture posted is the guy (no idea what his name is, since he refused to tell us) «calling the cops.»

I usually don’t like Papa Johns, but I got a free pizza coupon from a hockey game and ordered it one night. From my one experience at this location, the pizza was literally the best Papa Johns pizza I had ever ate. That’s saying a lot because I usually do not like Papa Johns at all.
The only thing was, it was a coupon for what was supposed to be a free pizza but the corporation still tried to charge us a little bit of money for the pizza when we went and picked it up. Really?

Such a bad location. Ordered online, paid with credit card and received an email receipt saying as much. Since there’s no place for added notes when ordering online I immediately called after placing my order to see if they could throw in an extra pepperconi and an garlic dip. Guy who answered said they’d have to charge me for such luxuries, I said that’s fine… I mean I’m sure they have 10000s of both sitting around and throwing an extra of each in would just be good business but this is a struggling small business so I understand and I didn’t say a word. And that is not why this location sucks. Why they suck is I tale the pizza upstairs, one it up and there’s ZERO garlic sauce in there and one tiny pepperconi. I got charged $ 2 extra to get less shit then I would have got for paying regular price??? The f@$k? I shrugged it off and started eating. Just then there’s a knock at the door. It’s the driver, I hadn’t paid yet. I told him I paid online and got an email receipt, I even put his tip into my online payment. He said he just talked to the manager and they never got payment. I called the manager, told him I got a receipt and when I called to add all that fancy garlic sauce and a pepperconi (that I never got!) the guy on the phone assured me my card had been run and the extra sauce and pepper I never got where added to my bill. So I argue with the manager for 5 minutes about this, while the driver sits in his car in front of my house. He never apologized once, not for the f@$k up with my payment and not for not only not giving me the extras he charged me for but not giving me ANY of either. He did let me know that he graciously knocked off their bullshit delivery charge! Dude is a goddamn saint! That’s 2 one star reviews for this location. Great job guys!

Do not order from this location. I’ve gone against my better judgment 3 times and regretted it. First time I called to order and had to endure the profanity filled rant of an employee who thought he had placed me on hold. Second time they didn’t deliver the whole order. Today was the final straw — 2 hours and 15 minutes to receive a pizza and cheese sticks — 45 minutes longer than their «estimated delivery.» It was ice cold when it arrived. There are plenty of places in the area to get pizza and I will be calling anybody but Papa John’s from now on.
