Papa John’s Pizza

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! We called at 8:13pm for delivery. We called again at 9:18 to see if the pizza would be here soon and were told ‘he should be there any minute’. About 15 minutes later we got a call on the hotel phone that went like this: ‘did you order pizza… yes…well the delivery guy said he knocked on the door and no one answered (didn’t think to go to the front desk?)…ok, I’ll send him right back’ it is now 10pm and still no pizza. Our hotel is 1.9 miles from this papa johns. UPDATE: we called back at 10:07pm to cancel our order and the female my daughter spoke to was very rude! She told my daughter that the delivery guy had once again came and knocked on our door and no one answered, so he left the pizza with the front desk. I went downstairs to asked the front desk if he had our pizza and once again he said that papa johns had not been here.

We ordered a pizza 2 hours ago from this papa john’s that is 4.6 miles from our hotel. I called after 2 hours to just cancel the order and the lady on the phone was very rude and told me they had been here twice and nobody answered the door. We called the front desk twice and asked if they had seen a pizza guy come through and they said no not yet. I told the lady the people at the front desk that they never seen them here and nobody every knocked on our door and she said well the front desk has your pizza and hung up the phone? Is that how you run a business because that is terrible customer service !!!
