Panera is a dependable, possibly healthy quick food alternative. Although it doesn’t have anything that I truly crave, it’s always a solid, repeatable performer. The new ANCIENTGRAIN, ARUGULAANDCHICKENSALAD is a wonderful salad if you enjoy sweet dressings. It has a slaw mixed in with white balsamic vinaigrette dressing, and when mixed together I think it’s the best salad in Columbus. The CHICKENCOBBWITHAVOCADOSALAD is also an excellent salad for those who don’t like their dressings too sweet. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with their salad options over the past year… they’ve done a good job of stepping up their game.

I eat at this Panera location quite a bit because it is close to my place of employment. I always order off the app first. It is awesome. My order is always ready and correct. I also pay through the app. Super easy! Just walk in and grab my food :)

I had the pleasure of living in St. Louis ten years ago and eating at the St. Louis Bread Company before they adopted the name Panera in preparation of world domination. I’ve been a fan ever since. On Saturday morning, the wife wanted breakfast food, the kids wanted sweets and I wanted coffee. Panera was the obvious choice. Our order was taken by a friendly, smiling, familiar face. We redeemed our Panera Points for a free drink. Our food was perfect. The fireplace was warm. No problems at all. Panera has never let me down. Unilocal will be the first to know when they do. Get you some!

well, the food isn’t bad if pretty expensive for the serving sizes provided. but the main problem is the people working here who are, well let’s just say, lacking in people skills — get the feeling that they feel customers are an annoyance to be tolerated rather than the reason that they are in business. service could be a lot faster too — especially as there are usually only about half-a-dozen patrons in the place.

Lunch is nice but dinner was tasteless leftover. Tomato soup was sour and they were out of dressing for mediterranean sandwich. Will never come back for dinner

Friendly staff. Typical Panera. Trendy and pricey for what it is, but always good quality and service.

Always consistent good food and service. Plenty of choices for whatever price range and taste you have. Recently, I have been craving the veggie soup with pesto. That pesto gives it the edge over any other veggie soup I’ve had. Very tasty! Only complaint is that sometimes during busy hours, it’s a bit tough to find a table. However, during the summertime, it’s nice to be able to take my meal to the outside tables!

Food is bland and overpriced. They serve chai tea, which is cool if you want a super small size for an exorbitant price. Not a huge fan.

I can’t believe I’m the first to add and review this Panera location! Its been here for about 1 year. This Panera is just like every other Panera, but is a welcome addition to Columbus. Complete bakery, coffee selection, sandwiches, salads, soups. Has some outdoor seating on the sidewalk around the store, and also has a decorative fireplace the adds some heat in the winter. Plenty of seating, but still can be full during lunch hours. I’m here weekly and have always experienced friendly staff and good food quality. In fact, I’m sitting in the Panera writing this right now! Definitely recommend stopping by.
