I can’t say enough good things about the Northend Wrench. Have been coming here for years and with every type of vehicle. Dave, Mark and the crew of mechanics working there are top notch, friendly, fair, honest and trustworthy. Oh, and darn good mechanics too!!! I would never go anywhere else! Thank you Dave for taking such good care of me!

Just took my high mileage Suburban there for its annual check up and repair. I use this vehicle for towing, so it is fairly highly stressed. Dave and the team do a great job in proactively checking the items that are going to likely show wear given the use that it gets. As a result, I have never had a breakdown in over 100,000 miles of towing all over the eastern half of the US. We take all of our vehicles to The Northend Wrench, and recommend them to our friends.

I have been going to these guys for about a year now and I won’t go any where else. They are professional, polite, knowledgeable and down to earth. I feel like I have uncles keeping my car safe. It’s a rare thing to really have trust in an automotive place, especially being a woman, but I absolutely sense it here. SO, glad a coworker recommended them. :-)

It’s always great to find an honest and affordable auto repair shop. I took my Audi A4 in for an diagnosis, Mark and his staff took the necessary time to pin point the exact problems, provide me excellent and honest feedback and a swift affordable repair… Awesome service!

While I found them to be a little more expensive and the wait for an appointment a lot longer than other places I’ve taken my car, I also recognize that often we get what we pay for… go someplace cheaper and it could take months and lots more money for a good mechanic to find and fix the original problem. I am so glad that I made the decision to take my car here after a friend recommended them. I feel like they were completely open and honest and extremely knowledgeable about cars from the moment I made the initial call for an appointment.

Northend wrench is the best! We took our SUV in they could’ve tried to fix it however they said they could and it would cost a lot of money and it wouldn’t be worth it. We decided to have it taken to the junk yard my husband forgot to get our garage door opener and some cd s when he cleaned it out and and the mechanics saw them at the junk yard got them and called us! While they might not have fixed that car I appreciated their honesty and have taken our other cars there. Oh they also specialize in foreign cars.

You know when you walk in to a mechanic’s shop, and you half expect them to tell you «the fluid is low in your lights, and their’s a unicorn in your air filter» and you know they’re lying to you, but you pay them anyways.
This place *feels* the exact opposite. They have my business across several cars, and my boss’s boss takes his car here, and we both can’t recommend them enough. They’re honest, they’re fair, and they’re always up front.
While I live in Columbus (or driving distance from this place) I will always take my cars here.
