Move

I recently moved from out of state with my own moving van and had an extremely poor experience with the people I used to pack my truck… which included them breaking a number of my items and dropping a Harley Davidson off the ramp of the truck.
I called MOVE after finding an ad on Craigslist after hours and I received a call back the next day before 10am. They offered services with a truck or to come unload your own truck. I explained that I was very concerned with the Motorcycle getting off the truck without anymore damage and that I needed to get at least 3 guys out as soon as possible. He was extremely understanding and was able to pull together a group and arrived at my house within an hour.
They were able to get the motorcycle off the truck without me having a heart attack and unloaded my truck within an hour. They had a 3 hour flat rate and I had no issues with paying that with the quality of work they did. They were all extremely polite, professional and if there was any damage they found, they alerted me immediately.
They did cause slight damage to my stairwell due to the small space but they let me know as soon as it happened and I assured them it was an easy fix and I didn’t have any concerns.
I will definitely be using them again in the event of my next move!
