McDonald’s

NEWSFLASH… the McRib is back. I don’t like to eat at mcdonalds but my boyfriend does. He found out the McRib was back so he wanted to go there last Thursday after work… we waited for over an hour, in the drive thru and then when we finally got to the window they didn’t even have our order right they tried over charging us. Instead of ringing up the promo… So we tried to talk to the cashier at the 1^st window, she was very rood and short with us, (which I would feel the same if I were in her position) but we were really nice to her about it, she told us to pull to the second window and that’s where the manager was… so we proceeded in line. The manager was very rood, and lacked on her customer service skills, and the lack of promotional knowledge… she didn’t even know what the special was for the McRibs…(2 for $ 5)…she tried handing us milkshakes… the cars order behind us… it was one of the worst experiences at mcdonalds…#1 reason I hate going there!!!

Much like the employees who were working there, this McDonalds was a hot mess. When I ordered a buffalo bacon ranch McChicken, the girl taking our order didn’t even know what that was. There were no straws in the drink/​ketchup area. For some god unknown reason they decided it would be a good time to power wash the sidewalks… right smack dab in the middle of the lunch rush. Yea it was a huge mess. Puddles of standing water in the entry way with no one giving it a second thought to mop it up. Just very unorganized and messy. Skip it.

nice, clean, and big dining area. play area for kids. staff is professional and they get the orders right the first time.
