Went here at night after coming home from a long drive. It was about midnight. I placed my order at the drive threw with 3 cars ahead of me. I waited 30 minutes to get to the window. 30 MINUTES! After about 10 i should have left but at that point i felt it was a personal challenge… me vs mcdonalds.
Once i got to the window (with my small victory to give them my money). The lady asked me what i wanted. Did i not just place the order 30 mins ago?!
So i told her what i wanted and she said okay. Then she came back 5 minutes later to take my money. I handed her my Credit card. And she says. Ohh were cash only right now…
WHY DID YOU NOT TELL ME THAT 35 MINUTES AGO!!!
So i went to Tim Hortons and got my food in about 2 minutes.
Will never ever go to the place again.

This place is run by a bunch of clowns. Every time I come inside there’s dis– organization, there’s fighting and pointing fingers. Common sense tells you to do certain things like give your customer their drink first or ask them for here or to go but they obviously lack it here. Oddly enough it’s the same female manager every time I have an issue here. I suggest you go to drive-​through and avoid the chaos inside.

Absolutely the MOST horrible, most disgusting, driest burger Ive EVER had! Not ketchup, not bbq… not even Franks made this burger taste good. But yeah ok. sometimes you get a bad burger from a place. right? No fluke… all 4 we got were horrible! If I was near McDonalds right now Id bring it back and throw it in their faces! Not to mention the beef paties were smaller then normal, the buns were stale, and the meat was cold & dry.
I HATE wasting money! Enough said???
