Decent food. My server was more interested in flirting with the men at other table… didn’t even get a drink refill… and quite a wait on my food

GREAT service but the food wasn’t good. I ordered the chicken parm & side salad but the chicken tasted really salty & the salad tasted as it came straight out of a bag & was ice cold. Wouldn’t eat there again.

Had lunch here this afternoon, and I couldn’t speak more highly of this location. Our two ribeyes came out exactly as ordered. Our waitress, Cortney, responded to our every need and was extremely attentive during such a busy lunch period. The entire restaurant was packed. In the midst of all of this, Carey, the manager checked to make sure we were enjoying our dining experience. Will gladly visit again and recommend this location to all of our friends.

Had a great meal. I love lamb chops but don’t find them often and lamb is so expensive now at grocery store. The grilled lamb chops here at Longhorn were great! They served 4 nice sized Popsicle chops. Very tender, cooked just right and the mint bordelaise sauce was excellent, not too minty, just right. Great price too for the lamb chops. We asked for no salt on our meal and that was no problem for our server. The meals were not salty but just right on seasoning. My husband got the Cowboy grilled pork chops and he remarked on how tender they were. Nice and quiet atmosphere. All in all a wonderful meal!

My husband and I got horrible service from a server named Marcell. We waited almost 5 minutes for him to come over and get our drink order. They were not busy ATALL. We were literally 1 of maybe 3 tables in the entire place at the time. The drinks took a long time to get to us. I had the sangria. It was very good and a large size. We ended up getting calamari for an appetizer. For dinner we ordered a ribeye to split and two salads. He rang up the porterhouse for two meal which is a difference of about $ 25 and WAY too much steak! After pointing out to our waiter we had ordered a ribeye, he said, «That’s not what you ordered.» I couldn’t believe it. We asked to see a manager. Marcell came back to tell us he was in a conference call and couldn’t come. We then asked for our bill and left.

Such a bad service, the hostess are horrible, the restaurant looks empty, 80% of the tables available and they just say oh we don’t have where to accommodate you. Last 3 times I’ve been there is the same. Today I just left after that bad service.

This is the best steakhouse in Columbus! I had the bone in outlaw ribeye and it was to die for! Not only was it perfectly seasoned and great quality it was accompanied by the most attentive server, eva. We never had to ask for a thing she anticipated all our needs.

To start off the night I went to wash my hands and to my surprise there was no paper towels… Service was slow, apparently they did not have the sufficient amount of staff because there was one waiter for five tables. This wasnt a big diner either. I dont think Ill be eating here again.

Not the best steakhouse in the city. Let me start of with my reasons: 1) the ladies restroom had toilet tissue all over the floor and they were out of paper towels. 2) my son reported that there was urine al over the floor in the men’s restroom. 3) four of our steaks out of five were not cooked how we ordered them(3-steaks were over cooked and dry, as they were supposed to be medium well. One steak was supposed to be medium rare and instead was very rare). 4) the waitress NEVER refilled any of our drinks, ever. And 5) the dinning room was dirty with food crumbs and needed a vacuum badly. It is sad that we got such crappy service because the other Longhorn Steakhouse is on point. This appears to be a management issue. Bad reflection on management. Shame on you.

The food was average, 3 in my party ordered steaks and they were just average not seasoned enough, my son ordered a bacon cheeseburger and I ordered their prime rib sandwich; they were both very good. The bread they serve was also good, it comes out warm with whipped butter… The service was ok; I wish the waitress would have come around the table more often to pick up the empty tables. Overall the food was just average and the service was a tab slow.

Well I have to say, I’m kinda on the fence about this place. For starters, I have to say this was the very best peach tea I’ve ever had. Our appetizers came out in a timely manner and and we’re delicious. But as for the salads, could have use more dressing for the amount for its size. The meal. We’ll when the menu says 10oz salmon, I expected some a little bigger than I got. I was pleasently surprised that the chicken fried steak was enough for two people… I wanted to give 2 ½ *, but my only option was 2 or 3.

Ok well I love Longhorn steakhouses in general and this one is pretty good! The kids loved the food and so did we! Steaks were cooked just as we ordered and even saved room for dessert which is one reason I couldn’t give a full 5 stars! We ordered the chocolate molten cake and it was very disappointing! It seemed very dry which usually it’s not! Could just be the person who prepared it but I feel at places like this for the prices everything should be consistent ! The location is a bit tricky to find for sure but would def come back for lunch or dinner!

Two visits so far. Ask for Dantrell who gives great customer service. Steaks are tender and tasty — particularly filets and prime rib. I did enjoy their«made at the table steak sauce»(Longhorn’s version of table side guacamole). Kid friendly and flexible with dietary limitations. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Only drawback — a little pricey and no military discount.

Love Longhorns but not this one. I’ve gone 3 times and have had the same outcome over the past year from this location. Slow service and quality is not up to standard. If you want a better steak or burger to go Texas Roadhouse or the Longhorns on the other side of town.

Update on Horrible service received in past visit! Success! The difference between last visit and this one, night and day! A complete turn around with atmosphere, activity, timing of the food, taste, presentation and to top it off they were busy! Expected to be busy on a Friday night, of course, but flowing like it was that shows the payoff of effort! I stress the waiter on the last visit did the best he could, we enjoyed him. Tonight we had the pleasure of Ashlei, wish cloning was a perfected science because that young man needs to be all over the place, what a pleasure. Witnessed a table not ready, customer offered an appetizer, something wrong with a plate, reheat and another side replacement. A value cannot be placed on a happy face or a feeling of someone caring by making things right. When a customer feels they need to apologize for something that is not right you have cracked the code on customer service. When the customer leaves the door they are either happy or regretting he experience, very seldom do you a chance to make amends. For these customers, my family, we are back with you. Thanks for making right! I asked not to be contacted by the restaurant directly, either the message didn’t get to him or he he thought that the personal touch was more important, the day Ben took the time to make the call started the process. Yes, you can only do so much to please a customer. I asked to see Ben after we had finished eating and the bill paid to let him know directly how pleased we were with our experience! My wife said, «we will be back.» We will be back, your efforts have made a difference. Most of the places we go in town we know the managers name, why? Because they visit our table to ask, how are you doing, food taste great, do you need anything. Keep it up! Super impressed by the turn around at this restaurant! Thank you! Rick and Denise

I have been to several longhorns all over the country. This one is subpar at best. It is in a bad location to start. The bartender did not understand simple drink orders such as neat or rocks. My salad came out with wilted lettuce and my soup??? well it just never came. The guy next to me at the bar(who ordered after me) received his steak long before I received my salmon. This place will not be revisited.

Today was a good day(in my Ice Cube voice) Our party of seven was seated with no problems… which was kind strange since they told this lady that her party of two wouldn’t be sat for 15 minutes. I didn’t see many others in the restaurant, but since our party was begin sat rather quickly, I really didn’t care. My son, and two of his«battle buddies» are graduating from basic train nearby at Fort Benning, and one thing I have observed about the community here is that they love these soldiers. Our server Janean, was nothing but smiles, light-hearted conversation and an attitude to please. If I could pack her in my luggage, I would and bring her back to one of the local metro area Longhorns. They really need to consider her for some kinda of trainer model of how a server is suppose to be. Our glasses were filled appropriately and timely. Near the end, I had to let her know I had my full share of the lemonade. The table never lacked for anything, and if we requested something it was brought promptly without any noticeable delays. Food was bought out quickly, and we went though six loaves of that bread. Our food was prepared as ordered, and while the solider’s were not able to take food to the base, my doggie bag is going to hit the spot here at the hotel in a couple of hours. If I ever had reason to come back to Columbus, I would surely come back here and request to sit in Janean’s area. Now the hotel that it shares a parking lot with. Uh… I was kinda worried if my rental car would be jacked while I was in the resturant. Kinda joking… but not really. 27 of 100
