They advertised in a mailer to our house that they had delivery. But apparently it does not apply all of the time. We were told they were not delivering the night we called. No reason was given.

I’ve been going to Locos 5 or 6 days a week since the day they opened. It has changed management many times over the years, some good some bad. I’ve managed and owned several businesses in my time, but the manager they have now is by far the worst I’ve seen.

This place has potential to be my go to hang out spot. However last two times we have gone for happy hour drinks, our server was clueless. Like did not know one f$:):&:ng thing about food, alcohol, or how to talk to people. What is makers mark and diet? What is a yueng ling? Do we serve hummus? F&:”@ if I know. Sorry to not be more patient and understanding but I just want a damn drink.

I would have gave this TERRIBLE restaurant 0 stars but couldn’t get the rating lower. This review is long so I will give a quick summary: The service sucked, the food sucked, it was over priced and my advice would be to NEVER go to this poorly staffed and managed excuse for a restaurant. This was among the worst dining experiences I have had in Columbus. The service was always a bit slow during previous trips but was now beyond the point of being remotely acceptable. We were seated for a good ten minutes before a server asked for drinks. We went ahead and ordered drinks, appetizer, and lunch at the same time. The appetizer was just chips and guacamole. 20 minutes later the server finally came by(and never once asked to refill our water) and said they had to make new guacamole but the chips would be out soon. Then a different server finally walked up and said he had wandered all around the restaurant trying to find the table this order went to.(Great management!!!). The food was average at best with under-seasoned guacamole and super salty chips. After being seated for 50 minutes we finally had to ask out server to bring our orders in to go boxes because we had to get back to work. She gave us an ugly look and then walked to back without saying anything. Suddenly our food appeared so it was obviously just sitting back there and no one bothered to bring it. She also did not apologize for the speed of service or include any utensils in the to go box. Now on to the terrible quality of the food. My wife’s veggie sandwich was so dry and ingredients stale she threw its out and went to Arby’s. My sandwich was a roast beef with slaw and horseradish. The roast beef was adequate but there was WAY to much horseradish on the sandwich my nose and eyes to run continually while I ate it(with a fork I had to get from the break room at the office) My pasta salad was bland to the point of having no flavor so I probably shouldn’t have bothered. The quality and service at Loco’s has been declining for a while but is now just plain terrible. The ONLY reason I would advise anyone to go there now is if you have 30 bucks you just don’t want to flush down the toilet or throw in the trash!!! Eating at Loco’s is a big a waste of your money as the other two options. Avoid this place at all cost.

Don’t bother. This used to be a restaurant… I guess it’s bar food now? Idk what’s happened since March, but gross and now overpriced. 10 bucks for a soggy, tiny porkchop with frozen crinkle fries? This thing used to be big enough to split with handcut steak fries. I called it in expecting that… luckily there’s a Wendy’s up the street, but I’ll be late back to work. Thanks Locos!

2 stars cos Roasted wings w/Alabama white sauce was pretty good. Nachos meh. Can I get a clean plate? No one could find our server for the bill so sat there almost an hour waiting to pay. Doubtful I’ll return. Left roughly 18% tip which is bad since normally I leave minimum 20%, having worked in the service industry in my younger years.

Visited Locos for the first time tonight because my husband and I had a craving for burgers. We have always been those to look for the best burgers in the town we are residing in. Well, we didn’t find the best here, but they were satisfactory. We called in our order,(a Blac and Bleu burger and a Bayou Burger) and the first question asked was what temperature did we want our burgers cooked. That is always a good sign! We both ordered medium and Cajun Fries. It was ready for us very quickly! About 10 minutes actually. The fried were thick steak fries, good seasoning, crispy on the outside. I’d give them a 4. The burgers were pretty and juicy, but lacking flavor or seasoning. I LOVED the Texas Toast style buns, but everything else I probably will forget about tomorrow. Im sure I’ll be back to see how they do a Cuban, but 1 star for flavor, and 2 stars for quickness, ambiance, and fries.

Being at this restaurant is like being in jail and serving a life sentence. My party has been here for two hours and still hasn’t gotten our checks. Wouldn’t know about the food because some people at our table never even got theirs. Saw the waitress a few times, and then she disappeared forever. This place is so abysmal that I can’t believe it’s real. Update: Check your credit card statements after coming here. At least two people in our party got charged twice.

Wow. Just awful. My turkey burger was a wet, frozen patty. Husband’s fish tacos had no fish. We actually violated our policy to never send food back to the kitchen for fear of retribution. They came back… ok. Son’s kids quesadilla had jalapeños & onions. Never met a kid who ate those. Charged him $ 2+ for a fountain Sprite, too. They, at least, removed that from our tab. Stay away, folks.

My husband and i decided to try this place after trying to eat at henrys next door but apparently they were out for lunch or something so we decided to eat here. The greeter was nice and friendly, service was pretty fast and the food was amazing. I had the El dorado burger and sweet patatoe fries and a water. My husband had the bacon cheese burger with mac n cheese with a water and a beer over all pretty good and our total bill was $ 22 i would def. Go back.

«Loco’s: Sure you can sit at the bar, but we will ignore you.» Been looking forward to trying this place for awhile. Sadly I was disappointed. I sat for 10 minutes without one of the six servers even acknowledging my presence. And I was the only one there. I don’t know if it is fair to give it a true review as I left before I ever got waited on.

The only reason I gave this review two stars is because of the young man that greeted us and sat us at our table. He was very friendly and courteous. And that’s where it stops. We sat at our table for more than ten minutes without any wait staff coming to speak to us, take our drink order, etc. And the place was not busy in the least and at least four different waiters walked by. We got up and left.

I do not know why I keep coming back here. I always want to try again but my experience is nearly always the same. Well I do know why — there’s not much else to choose from that offers the great location and convenience that Locos offers, and the fact that once in a blue moon you’ll get a decent meal so maybe it’s the excitement of the massive gamble your taking by choosing to go there… anyway — some of the issues that plague this place: One, when you ask for what beers they have they usually answer with«I don’t know» or «we don’t have a beer list,» and they look at us like its our problem and wait for us to either get up and go look at the bar or to just guess and see if they have it. Two, the food is not consistent, to put it nicely. Today the grilled chicken was so peppery that it was inedible. I’ve had meals there that were decent, even pretty good, but I’ve also had meals like the aforementioned pepper with a hint of chicken. Three, the service is often extremely slow and multiple times I’ve had to get up and go to the bar to get another drink or get condiments because the server hasn’t been by to check on us in 20 minutes. The place has great potential to be a really good casual lunch and dinner spot, but until someone else starts running this thing, or another restaurant comes in there, it is officially off of our list.

Came here for the first time for dinner and ordered the mushroom Swiss burger with a side of Mac n Cheese. The burger was fresh and still hot, the meat was juicy but other than that it lacked flavor. The Mac n Cheese were out of a box, super runny and I could have mixed them up at home for cheaper. The only positive thing was the waitress. Although she was busy with another big group and took a while, she was really friendly.

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Went tonight after not having been there in a couple of years. I will absolutely never return. I was very disappointed to find horrible wait staff, inedible food(served cold) and some kind of drama going on in the kitchen that could be hear in the Dining Room. The first and only time in my life I have sent my food back and asked that it be removed from the bill as well as leaving no tip. The manager never even came to find out why I was unhappy. So sad to see a great place become substandard.

Went here with a friend because she raved about the wings, we got them to go, we get home and they were cooked so hard :(like cooked twice then sauced. The manager claimed they weren’t, my friend is a retired restaurant owner and broke it down for him, after going back and forth for a few he said we can come back anytime that week between 11 – 5 to get a fresh order… not wasting my time though :-/

I went to locos twice and they served me cold food both times and now I’m afraid to go there because I believe that they care about a pay check and tips and not the customers. I don’t deny that It’s a good place to hang buy they don’t even have direct tv to watch important sports, the only sports they air is on regular television, and they don’t have karaōke, they need an upgrade.

I went to Loco’s for the foursquare( ) event last night. This was my second visit to Loco’s and it continues to be a nice pub type atmosphere with decent American cuisine. It’s also in a great part of town. You can hang out at Lake Bottom Park then cruise right over to Loco’s for good food and cold beer. I had the honey barbecue wings last night and they came just as I ordered them; extra crispy. I consider myself a connoisseur of wings and these lived up to my expectations. I got the draught Yuengling Lager which was on special for the 22 oz. The mug was frosty but it was not filled to the top… more like 20oz. Overall the experience was good and we’ll be back for sure. Hopefully, next time enough people will show to get the foursquare swarm badge!!! Overall, it was fun
