Had an amazing experience here! The doctor was kind, thoughtful, and thorough. The sales associate was fun and knowledgeable. I had my glasses in about an hour and I love them!

I’ve been getting my glasses at LensCrafters since I got out of college (oh how I miss the vision benefits there!!!) and they have on the whole been pretty good. For some years now the co-​pay with our insurance has been around $ 10 with a certain percentage off the frames and lens.
They were good for a few years and then the last time I got glasses I had to go back and forth with them for several visits until they got the placement of my lens right and even then they weren’t quite right. So I went to a glass place downstairs (review of them coming up later) and they adjusted them once and BAM! Perfect.
Well…we have new vision insurance now — VSP — and the exam co-​pay doubled and what’s worse is that they are out of network with the plan so whatever discount I could get would be tiny if that much. And here I thought they took just about every plan on the planet.
Guess it’s time to find another place to go then.

I’ve been going to this Lenscrafters for years. The attached doctor’s office completes my exam, then right away the Lenscrafters staff are always very courteous and helpful. I have waited a few times (it is a very busy store) but someone at least says «I’ll be with you in a few minutes» or something. No pressure, good understanding of insurance coverage.
