Lakes of Brice

Management is terrible, I lived there for two years with wife and 2 kids. The way they do utilities is crazy, everybody pays 300 plus a month during cold months. The Mgr Leah (nicer looking Caucasian female in 30s with glasses) was bringing jerry springer style drama to apartment complex by having an affair with maintenance guy Steve who’s wife was seen multiple times driving around looking for him. Steve (Hispanic male) was super rude and arrogant, the guy once yelled at my wife for making an emergency call during cold winter for the heat going out. Literally the only nice guy on staff was another maintenance guy who drove white truck (African American male in 30s) always spoke, always nice. I’m glad to have left the place. Advice DONT GO HERE.
