Opens at 11am, I arrived at 11:13. They seamed set back an Anglo-American walked into their restaurant. I let them know this was my 1st time. The placed looked a little seedy. The one and only menu was very dirty. They did not speak English very well, I could not even ask if the goat was bone in. I ordered the Cubed Beef. As I sat there, I was having second thoughts because the place was filthy. All they had to drink was Faygo in cans. After a minute, they came out and said they do not have the kitchen ready. It was their way of getting rid of me(I think), but I was fine with that, I wanted out! There is a green Health Dept sticker on the front, I don’t know how they could have passed. STAYAWAY!
