The folks running these places are ignorant! The management is not much better. I used to love the place until my entire family got food poisoning from raw chicken served at this KRYSTAL!!! Oh management was great after having my 8 year old grandsons stomach pumped they offered to reimburse us for our food. The worst part they knew about it, the manager said they got in a batch of chicken that was slightly larger and did not know how long to cook it. A chain restaurant this big should know better!!!
