This is easily the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Rude employees who get the order wrong. Seriously, their manager should be ashamed

This has been a junk food weekend. Stopped in while we were in a hurry, and of course we had to since the Colonel’s back.
Kidding. But it was handy. And… meh. Sweetie got some little cup of popcorn chicken. I had the three tender combo. Three skimpy tenders of okay chicken. Tried the new «FLG» sauce, and it was just okay. Kinda like Cain’s sauce mixed with tartar sauce.
They got several things wrong on our small order, and we caught most before we left but not all. I guess KFC is feeling the pressure from Cain’s and Popeye’s, hence the rebranding, but they’re not good enough to be a real competitor yet. It was real cheap, but not as good as I remember them being and certainly the chicken is not as good as other places.

Best KFC in Columbus hands down. Ordered a bucket and the chicken was perfectly crispy with a real kick. The chicken is coated with what seems to be a red chili powder before getting breaded and it is incredible. Customer service was on point — very friendly. Once they closed early but they probably don’t even need to be open full hours because their chicken is so good.

I ordered the 4 pc. Drumsticks and Thigh meal with (2) sides. Instead of my usual original fried chicken I decided to get grilled chicken just because it is healthier. The taste of the grilled chicken was great with my side dishes of mashed potatoes and gravy with mac-​n-​cheese. I even ordered there chocolate chip cake which is one of KFC’s desserts. The dessert was delicious. Everything came to a total of $ 12.24. The meal, a soft drink, tax to eat inside and dessert. There customer service is great as well!
