I want to start this off by saying that the salon is very clean and nicely decorated, the girl who did my hair did a good job and I was pleased, however…
I made an appointment at 11:30. I sat and waited until 12:30 and as I was about to leave the stylist came out and called my name. Not once did the front desk staff ask me why I had been sitting there over an HOUR. Then she took me back and was very nice. She cut my hair and then applied the color. I was thinking, okay, stuff happens, I get it… but then…
She takes me and sets me aside in another seating area with the hair dryers, and brings some other guy back and cuts his hair FOR ANOTHER HOUR while I’m waiting with dye on my hair to be rinsed off. I got there are 11:15 and didn’t leave until after 3:30 and it cost me over $ 100. Unless they feel like giving me a free cut and color to make up for the terrible experience I had there I won’t be going back. Sad because I like the way my hair looked but the whole thing was just ridiculous and wasted half of my day. Will have to find someplace else, I suppose.

Stopped in at 6pm on a Monday hoping someone would have an opening for a cut and color. My hair coming in was very long and I wanted to chop it all off in the way of Jennifer Lawrence ‘s new hair cut. Theresa was amazing. She consulted with me about the look I wanted, answering my questions about if this cut would make my face look fat etc. She was awesome and I left transformed with an amazing pixie cut. Quite the transformation and an awesome experience. I will be back to see her repeatedly to keep up my look. She has great judgement about what looks good on a person. I blindly gave her my trust and she did not disappoint.
