Best neighborhood pizzeria! It’s always nice to stop by. Like their happy hour: 1,50 dollar cheese pizza slices and 2 dollar draft beer. I have to say that I loved it more when their cheese pizza slices were only 1 dollar.

Fantastic pizza! We ordered Johnny’s Italian Special and request to sub tomato for onion. It’s so tasty that we order it every time we get pizza. I can’t speak to the table service as we always do take-out. A friend did say he likes their lunch special a lot.

Favorite pizza I’ve ever tasted. I’ve been around the country and I love going here. They’re always good to me and the pizza is amazing. I have no complaints. The only thing I like about Columbus is the pizza.

We get calzones from here once a week and they are awesome! They remember my name when I come in and are always friendly!

This was the third or fourth time I’ve been to Johnny’s in Columbus, but it will be the last time. The service was almost too good, because an experienced waitress was training a new waitress, and it seemed like every five minutes one of them was asking us if everything was OK. But that’s not the problem. The pizza was pretty good, mostly because of the crust. What left a sour taste in my mouth was the manager refusing, without explanation, to accept a $ 1.50 coupon I had printed from the Johnny’s Pizza Facebook page. I got to that page by following a link for«coupons» from (not a franchise page). When I went back and looked again, I saw that the corporate site had linked me to a page for an Atlanta location. So maybe that’s why they wouldn’t take the coupon, but it was rude and inconsiderate not to explain it if that was the case. The waitresses didn’t know why the manager refused the coupon. I had even shown it to the waitresses before I ordered and they did not indicate there was any problem. There are many other restaurants to go to in this area, and Johnny’s is not fantastic enough to warrant my patronage.

Placed an order for pick-up for a calzone with ground beef, mushrooms, onions and green peppers. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived in 15 minutes. My calzone was not ready for another 15 minutes. I was not told there would be a wait when I paid and at no time while I was standing there was I told there would be a wait. I get the calzone home. I cut into it to find a layer of pepperoni. Pepperoni??? Apparently instead of preparing my calzone, I was given a Johnny’s Meat Deluxe calzone that was probably intended for someone else. All around horrible experience.

Very good food and service! Prices are very reasonable. Great for those evenings that you want something quick, tasty and cheap. I have always had great service.

Ok, this place is the real deal. The decorations and atmosphere feels like New York. The Johnny’s white pizza may have been the best I’ve ever had. Crispy crust and three cheeses. Greek salad is also strong with loads of feta. Watch out for the olives. They’re unpitted(which they shouldn’t be in a Greek salad, but most places take the pits out.)

Good pizza and pitchers of beer. They are a bit pricey, but it’s worth a few extra bucks to stay away from the fat food chain pizzas. Your looking at about $ 20 for a large pie.

This is the worst pizza I have ever had in Columbus. I regret ordering it. The pie has no flavor and is gooey dough. It’s awful. i was excited to order from here because of reviews that said it was the best. They lied. I will never eat here again. The reviews that give it a high rating are probably the owners. This is the worst pizza ever

Hands down the best pizza in Columbus! We have eaten here 10 times or so since we moved here and haven’t been disappointed. Their calzones are great too.

I’ve been in the Columbus area and had yet to find a awesome Stone oven baked pizza… until I was told about Johnny’s! They NAILED it! Great crust, crunchy bottom, legit ingredients, this pizza had me stuffed after 3 slices! Definitely recommend this place to anyone! Decently priced too!

OHMYGOD! That was the best pizza I’ve ever had! All great food, beer on draft, and wonderful service! This is now one of my favorite restaurants between Atlanta and Panama City. They’re not expensive either! $ 20 will get you the biggest, most satisfying belly-stuffer of a pizza pie. We arrive shortly before they closed, the service was still spectacular. We were greeted and seated, drinks arrived promptly, and appetizer & food didn’t take long to follow. The kitchen is open to view so there’s no secrets, the cooks can even answer any questions you might spontaneously ask(I asked for re-heat advice). The food… Holy Cow the food is spectacular. We started with mini garlic knots, they were moist and fluffy on a plate of melted butter. The marinara sauce was 60¢ extra and quite unremarkable, next I’m not gonna bother. We initially decided on the White pizza but changed to the $ 20 Great White when our server advised us of the benefits(chicken, tomatoes, spinach for $ 3 more). The large was about $ 20, and it was huge, hot, fresh masterpiece. All the flavors were balanced well and the crust was perfect. The pie was so big, we enjoyed it for two more meals at home the following day and it was almost as wonderful as it tasted in the restaurant(following the re-heat advice of the cook). I am really looking forward to tasting every item on their menu, again and again.

I wasn’t a fan of the food, but that’s mostly my problem. The employees were there were professional, courteous, and wanted to make sure that I had a great time while doing business with them. Update: ok I basically eat here every week now since good pizza is hard to come by here in Columbus. Pizza is mediocre at best, but the employees tend to be extremely rude and act as if I inconvienance them with my orders and requests. As a result it drops my rating to a 3. Just unfortunate that I haven’t found a good substitute it replacement in the area for Johnny’s.

Food was great, but the reason I’m giving this restaurant one star is the service. Took awhile for the food to arrive and I was presented with an arrogant attitude by our waitress. The food itself was spot on and represented NY style relatively well.

A friend of mine found this place one day while running errands around the north end of town. We were trying to decide what to eat a couple weeks later, and he suggested going to Johnny’s because he really liked it. We’ve been trying to change it up by not going to major chain restaurants as often as we have, so I was ready to try something new. Staff was friendly, it has a great atmosphere, and the food is great.

Great place. Good beer, better pizza. Get the early because it gets crowded on the weekends. So far we’ve only had the pizza and it’s was excellent. Great crust and sauce with the perfect amount of toppings. The staff was flexible to allow us to swap the green peppers for banana pepper with no extra charge. We are definite going back and highly recommend it.

We ordered a large sausage pizza, a large garden salad, and a kids spaghetti(3 adults, one child). The salad was mediocre and the kids spaghetti was as to be expected, but the pizza was fantastic. Between the four of us, we still left with half a pie. We weren’t expecting ground sausage, but I actually was pleasantly surprised by it’s taste. The cheese was stringy, in a good way, and the marinara tasted fresh. But the best part is the crust. Not to mention, the price and customer service was pretty good, and they even gave my nephew his own little ball of dough to play with while we were waiting. So sweet.
