Jeff did great work with a really quick turnaround time. I shattered my iPad 2 screen and he replaced that as well as some other necessary repairs. The price was very reasonable compared to what I thought it would cost. I received it back the next day as good as new. I would recommend Jeff’s work to anyone.

I am really late in writing this review! I contacted Jeff back in December after my ipod touch fell through our bannister and down ~13 feet to our hardwood floor. The screen was absolutely shattered. Jeff responded promptly and agreed to meet me at my convenience at a Starbucks near my home. He stayed in contact with me through that evening as he worked on the ipod, and we met the next day. He replaced the screen, and tried everything he knew to get it working again. Unfortunately my ipod had a «pre-​existing» condition of a slightly bent frame around the headphone jack so that, when it was dropped, caused the logic board to break, which is apparently something that is very difficult to fix economically.
Jeff did not charge me a single dime for the work he did… and since my husband was out of town, he even served as my «tech support» when I was trying to restore the ipod the next evening. I highly recommend Jeff for your ipod/​ipad repairs! Friendly, prompt, and reasonably priced… and definitely high quality work.

Jeff provides a totally fabulous service. Minor problem first time around with my cracked iPad 3 screen. Was addressed promptly and professionally, no questions asked. Cheaper than the competition, but your stuff comes back to you looking as good as new. No hesitation in recommending this service to anyone.
